The hotel for the first night does not deliver the room as booked, booking a room with 01 king bed and 01 single bed the first night, delivering a room with a queen bed and only supporting 100,000 VND for that small room error.

It is nice to return back to this property after a 3 years gap due to the pandemic. It was previously known as Paradise Boutique Hotel, and underwent a rebranding exercise and it 's now known as Paradise Hotel and Spa under the care of a new management, I believe caused by the Pandemic. I choose this property because of its location, location, location-cleanliness, comfortable bed and surrounding local restaurants. Rates are once of the cheapest in the area and were marked down even further as they had decided to remove breakfasts, which was not a problem due to the many eateries around the hotel. Highly recommended hotel, but my concern is I will have problems booking this property in the future due to this recommendation - which had happened to me in other properties that I rated positively.

I stayed 3 days 2 nights here. However, the first 2 mornings, the hotel always lost water in their area (in front of the hotel). I don't have water for personal hygiene or related matters. Such 2 consecutive days of dehydration is very uncomfortable, especially in the morning. On the morning of the 3rd day, the water was very weak, unable to run hot water for me to use while the weather was very cold. Stay only 3 days but 3 days are the same! Very disappointed! As for the service and staff, they are very good, friendly to guests.!
