2 second time at hotel and not disappointed

The doorman/bartender was really annoying. He kept trying to make a reservation at a restaurant. And when I asked about the gondola, he said it as 170 because it included a bottle of alcohol. I told him I didn’t want the alcohol. Then he was upset the whole entire time. We bought something at the bar, and after I finished, he said only cash!!! What???? At a hotel bar only cash??? He made me feel uncomfortable/

Fantastic luxurious hotel. Close to everything and a great view of the canals. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful!! 10/10. Highly recommend this for your Venice stay.

A lovely little gem in the center of the city. Close to all the places we visited. Excellent service. Nice breakfast. We had a wonderful stay. A little tricky to find so use your maps!

Perfect location, easy check in/out. Had one of the best Bellini’s I’ve had in their cute bar. Splurge on the airline transfer. SO easy. Car ride and walked straight to your boat that drops you off at the front canal of your hotel. They will book a gondola for you from there too. Coldest AC I might have had at a hotel in Europe. Great breakfast too!

Very nice

Aqua Palace hotel gives a great experience of the water ways in Venice. We travelled to the hotel from the train station on a water taxi. There is a nice deck at the hotel to board or to disembark with hotel staff available to help you with luggage. Their is a gondola service also available right in front of the lobby entrance. This hotel is around 5 mins walk from St Marks square. The staff is very friendly and prompt in service. A great highlight of the hotel is its bar with a skilled bartender. I enjoyed an awesome Bellini and a Manhattan, which were one of the best cocktails I enjoyed during my Italy trip.

Great hotel. Central location. Nice ambiance. The service was excellent across the board. We especially enjoyed the hotel bar and Lello was awesome and gave us great restaurant and excursion recommendations.

Fantastic location right on one of the smaller canals. Gondola service right out front and 5 min walk to the public transit (Vaporetto). Centrally located; 20-25 min walk to anywhere. Comfortable rooms, has an elevator and good air condiioning.

A grand hotel in a good location. Lovely room and bathroom. Helpful staff especially the bartender. Was happy to assist us when the front of house staff were not that helpful. Organised a gondola to pick us up from the hotels dock
