a very nice place to stay! beautiful view of the gulf and St Tropez

there is wifi but no internet )), tv but it doesn't work, no laundry ( , everything is old outdated in bad condition.

The owners are excellent hosts and very accommodating. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. It is an excellent value for the price. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

It’s nice villa but needs a lot of maintenance and work , services ,internet and some gadgets. Pool was very good , convenient location to the city and beach .

We stayed in room 16 One of 3 rooms 16,17,18 in a garage conversion. Not clean, struggled to fit a bed on the room, could not connect to Wi-Fi, shower ran only cold water. Would not stay again if it was Free.

Very beautiful villa with artistic romantic flair and wonderful atmosphere. Everything has been newly done and is in great condition, new bay windows etc, and uniquely designed. Every room is designed with different colors and details. Service was very friendly and I felt very welcome. The room was perfectly clean to the last detail. Hotel is right across the street from the beach. My room had an ocean view. The bus stop is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The walk to the ferry from Sainte Maxime is about 25 minutes. Therefore, it’s best to have a car unless you’re as good on foot as I am. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the area.

Good value room, small but with a sea view and good amenities (safe, fridge, good shower). Monsieur is very friendly and entertaining. Only drawback is that there no restaurants within walking distance (located in residential area halfway between port Grimaud and St. Maxine). Otherwise it worked for us.

Not ready for business at all

Orbitz had wrong address and phone number for Villa Des Agnes. Not even the correct City. Took me an extra 2.5 hours to finally find the location. Receptionist left at 8:00 pm after sending me an email at 7:33pm stating they were leaving. I did not get email till after I arrived at 9:15 pm. No way to check in. Phone number failed. Had to finally book another hotel for twice the money. I request a full refund from this horrible nightmare.

Hotel needs overhaul, room very basic - inadequate storage, no kettle etc. TV not working, toilet smelly, breakfast mediocre for the price and we were charged for parking in the drive which we weren’t expecting. Overall we were disappointed with our experience which was a shame as the quirky building promised a fun stay.

Cute hotel with a wonderful heated swimming pool. Rooms need updating but clean and comfortable.

I was there with family and we really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get to from the cool St. Tropez.

This hotel was misrepresented as being in St. tropez. It is actually 20 minutes away and 2 hours in traffic. I never checked into the hotel, and tried to cancel and have not received a refund. Be ware of this scam!

Wonderful pool, small beach across the street. A few minutes drive from Saint-Maxime. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room very small no space for two suitcases. Bathroom large! Staff speaks English and is very helpfull. Let us stay allday at the pool eventhough we checked out already.

We had a wonderful night's stay at the hotel. Our room (number 2) had the most wonderful view across the Gulf of St Tropez and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast on the balcony. We would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

staff was very nice, the night shift guy, esspecially. though the beach & the ocean was beautiful, the hotel is not in walking distance to a beach community. my friend & i ended up hitching rides when we wanted to goto st tropez. the hotel was gorgeous, & the villa very nice. the breakfast was good.
