Good room and Easy for transportation

The hotel is located on Tanukikoji shopping street, so if you bring a big suitcase, the exit is via Odori Station "Tanoki Koji Tram" door. Follow the road to the south to find the hotel. It's just a bed size of 120 cm, spacious room is big enough for 2 large 32 "suitcase, clean bathroom, there is body and hair shampoo and conditioner too. The stay was great. Room cleaning is good. There are 2 items I want to mention here for improvement . 1. The water mixer tap at the sink. It is hard to adjust the right temperature. Always got too hot or too cold. 2. Breakfast. It will be nice if the server goes round to inform diner that the food or drink section going to close, because, we tense to forgot when talking to friend or especially it is in the breakfast meeting.

Recommend. The hotel is in contrast to the bus stop to the airport.

Good but old. The advantage is next to shopping streets and susukino. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

Location is ok but air condition is out of order, the front desk said open the window... no other method like try to fix, or changing room, the room is small and old also

The location wise was perfect, situated in between of the center of Tanukikoji Shopping Street but yet quiet. The room facilities were great, comfy bed&duvet, big flat screen tv, aircon worked ok (some days were not cold as other days and you couldn't adjust as it's centralized ac system). Overall was impressive, I'd consider to stay here again.

The room was on the inside. View is the building we are uncomfortable. Winter we have to dome window. I smelled the smell of food through the window to full. No air filter

Think room is quite old with unpleasant smell, though our room is a non smoking one.
