Overall, we had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The hotel is showing some signs of aging, and would do better if more attention is given to address it. Plus points: - strategic location, green and clean little neighbourhood, - room and bathroom size are good, - beds and pillows are very comfortable, - room design has an interesting touch, not boring, - cleanliness of the room and the whole property are good, - air con and hot water run smoothly, room soundproofing is good, - reception and housekeeping staffs are responsive and accommodating to queries and requests. Minus points: - kitchenette does not serve its intended purpose (fridge is only a bar fridge with very limited space to store food; plates and pans and eating/cooking utensils are interestingly not available even when there is clearly a stove), - some fixtures in the bathroom are showing their age and getting very loose, showing a lack of maintenance.

I like this hotel, nice room and very clean. All the staff good. Next, if holiday again in Manila, will back to this hotel…

This is your budget 5 ☆ hotel! stayed here during peak season which is new year december 31 to january 2 and the stay was blast! Staff are amazing. I recommend this hotel for your staycation!!!

The location is great, the room we got had a living room and 2 balconies at such an affordable price. The staff is also very cordial! I highly recommend the hotel

Room is nice and hotel staff is friendly But do not book breakfast unless there is no other choice, it is served by a restaurant called 'Pablo', the staff attitude is really bad except one 40 year old women waiter with glass, one man waiter about 30 years old never smile unless you are western. Food is by limited order. Not recommend for breakfast but hotel good enough.

We love how spacious the Barcelona Suite and the relaxing ambiance of the room which makes us want to sleep more. The place is convenient because it is located near coffee shops, fast food restaurants, convenience stores and malls. Overall, we will definitely stay again in Picasso for our next family getaway
