The 4 star hotel looked like a normal hotel. Room is dark. Wifi is not. Asked employees are answered is out, then spend even in room is not used. There are only 2 bottles of mineral water on the table. The fridge also only has 2 bottles of mineral water. No tea or coffee for guests. Have breakfast at least. Bad food Service staff is bored. The 4-star hotel that holds the car is expensive. One time the car was taken out of a motorbike of 5,000. The 4-seater is 100k a day. Generally I stay in many hotels but if I rate this hotel that 4 stars is not worth it. Price is only big outside look inside ...

I have rented check in room on 5/26/17. Upon check in the bell did not help me carry luggage and guide guests to the room. For an interior review I have nothing to complain about. But the sound insulation in the rooms is very bad. Around 3 - 4 am on May 27th, the next room turned on very noisy music that I could not sleep. I have to call the receptionist three times to reflect the new room to lower the volume but still open until morning. Also, please note that the hotel has a large car park for a fee. If so, the receptionist should inform the guest upon check in to avoid misunderstanding. Thank you.

The hotel is spacious, comfortable, convenient, breakfast okay. However space is quite dark, slightly weaker countries. No tea facilities in the room even with electric kettle. In the refrigerator, only mineral water only. According to me, it did not reach so much with 4-star standard.

The location is ok. There is a lot of convenience shops around the hotels but they closed at 9:30. There is also a pub nearby making me to stay awake throughout the night. Basically the wall is so thin, I could hear my neighbor's conversation. The breakfast is also pretty much low quality.

We are excellent. I'll be back.

Staff ok, ok accommodations, but the breakfast area is quite cramped, noisy, very little choices, food is not plentiful
