Everything was good, except when we ordered food or drinks, the service was very slow and took more than 40 minutes.

Regarding refrigerator had issues and cleaniness.

Location is good. Breakfast is good. Room Service was not as good as expected. Need to prompt them for room service and cleaning. Beds and pillows are not comfortable. Flat pillows. Aircon is not adjustable for some reason.

The staffs were friendly and check-in process was smooth. Would definitely visit again and recommend to my friends. Only downside is that the hotel food is super expensive which is expected since it ' s an international brand.
