Breakfast service excruciatingly slow that we ended up walking out and getting breakfast elsewhere … there were only 2 other covers when breakfast ordered and we waited 30 mins for no service- very poor

Property is centrally located with convenient walkability to most places around the city. Dining and staff were terrific, but shower area in room needs updating and cleaning as black stuff was on tiles and near shower ceiling.

Close to train station which made it easy for day trips to Bruges, Antwerp, and Ghent.

The property was beautiful. We loved the staff and all of their attention to details and how helpful and kind they were. They even gave us a fourth of July cake because we are American.

Best boutique hotel in the old town in Luxembourg. Conveniently located. Close to historic places as well as shopping and dinning. All high end stores are close by to include Galleries Lafayette. Public transportation is free. The room was spacious. The staff were very attentive.

This property was beautiful and the location was perfect to see all of the best parts of Luxembourg. The Reception staff were absolutely fantastic and made our stay so enjoyable. They will take care of all of your needs. I highly recommend this hotel

Perfect location and a lovely hotel with excellent staff.

It’s worth the price. The service is impeccable. Lots of eating options. Really nice bar. You do have to be ready to walk here with all your luggage. There is no where for cars to park near hotel. So don’t bring lots of luggage. The gym is quite paltry, but I don’t think people in this tax bracket go to gym. For a better workout go outside and go for a walk to Grund and then come back up.

Perfect location in the city centre. Beautiful hotel with delightful staff. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar at night which were lovely. Our room was fantastic and the sunken bathtub was a great addition. We didnt eat at the restaurant as the menu was limited and I dont eat Veal as I believe it's unnecessary to kill cattle so young.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of upper town. The rooms are magical and everything one expects from a five star hotel. I would stay again. Friendly, quiet, and spacious.

Lovely hotel in great location. Very friendly reception staff. Room was beautiful. Breakfast selection was good but cereal options were more limited than I would expect from a 5 star hotel.
