Good location, not too busy. Building is a bit old, room smells a bit musty, need to open windows for ventilation. It seems they're under-staffed. Appropriately priced.

Poor internet. Poor door locking chain. Shower could have some work. More MILK!!!

Reception is not manned, you have to phone for one of the cleaners to come. Parking is very tight. Room needs a deep clean. But for something cheap, and walking distance to Newmarket, its OK.

Room #6 needs an uplift, area around toilet stinks urine, sink in a poor condition as well. Sheets are clean thou. We booked this room for three persons, however complimentary soap and body wash only for two and no shampoo at all. The area suited us well. The staff friendly, but no explanation how to check out - where to drop the card(key), so you have to figure out yourself. 2.5 - 3 stars but no more.

It would be nice if they put local food places and there menu in there folder

The check-in was easy. The room was very quiet. There are a couple of good eating places (Thai and Italian) within a 2-3 minute walk. Room was clean and tidy.

High standards cleanliness, bed was very comfortable. We loved our overnight stay I would definitely come back.

Please get your drains cleaned in shower so clogged up . half of the lights don’t work . the fridge is so noisy you can’t Sleep . When I checked in I rang the bell so many times I ring number hear phone ringing and guy was in room next door . Yes meant to be cheap and cheerful but please put some love and cleaning into your motel

Staff are friendly easy excess to the property can have a good walk in summer close to the shopping only think I don’t like every time I go people nxt to me are loud and shouting that was my bad experience couple of times

Needs a bit of care to bring up. Heat pump didnt work. Cound not get sky.

We have a miniature poodle what travels with us and it was great to find somewhere that welcomed a pet. A great location and nice and quiet.

I really satisfies with the queen studio room I booked,the bed was comfortable and new,the bathroom was newly renovated and the heat pump and WiFi is working very well,plus a few minutes walk to Newmarket

I got there early. .before check in time .i got the keys .all good .A C good .bed perfect.Bus at front gate i would stay there again
