Great location in London. The discount/drinks at the attached restaurant were a nice enhancement. Clean room with everything needed. Very close to everything we needed, I.e. subway, shopping, cafes.

A quiet enclave directly in Chinatown with very short walks to all the west end theatres. All of the front desk agents are efficient and great.

Room was fine for the 2 nights that we were there. Not sure if liked the shower in the bedroom

The property was nice and convenient to the tube. On Friday night however, the noise from the bar was deafening. Club level music and bass were basically so loud it felt like I was in this club while I was in my room. It went on until 3:00am. No earplugs or earphones could even begin to block out the noise.

Only complaint was the shower bath, difficult and dangerous to enter as it was a high bath to go over, and a metal rail on the floor that ran along tub and in front of sink that irritated your feet in front of sink.

Location is perfect and staff is welcoming and helpful. Only thing was the restaurant adjacent turns into a pub/night club and plays thumping music until 2:30am! Couldn't get any sleep for the night where I had an early flight and badly needed the sleep. Just be mindful of that. Otherwise no complaints.

Great location - easy walk to underground, theatres and other landmark sights in London. Staff very friendly. Room good- not noisy at all despite the heavy foot traffic.

Location was excellent! We stayed in an interior room so it was quiet. You could hear the music from the attached bar but it was not that loud. Room was small, and you had to step up to get into the shower. Not recommended for older or unsteady folks. Front desk staff were excellent!

Very courteous, friendly and professional staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was newly renovated and very clean. Location on the edge of Chinatown was very convenient for the theatres and nightlife. Hotel itself was quiet. Beds very comfortable.

The hotel is in a perfect location in and around Picadilly. I was very pleased with that. Great walking to restaurants, pubs, theater, and shopping. Close to tube access. 5 minute walk to the theater we had tickets to see. Beds were super comfortable and the room was clean and tasteful. The staff was very helpful with any questions or needs. Helped us get a car lined up to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. Would definately stay there again. Thank you for a great stay.

I’ve been to this hotel a few times now. It’s very clean, perfectly located and the staff is very nice.

Es war meine zweite Reise nach London wobei die letzte über 10 Jahre zurück liegt und und darum keine Referenz dafür ist. Wir waren mit Freunden 4 Tage im Leicester House. Mir wurde gesagt dass das der Hotelstandard in London ist bei rund 130Fr/P/Nacht. Und wen dem wirklich so ist, dann möchte ich nicht mehr hier schlafen. Das die Zimmer klein sind, damit kann ich leben, das ist in anderen Städten auch so. Aber der Rest, schwierig.. Lage: toll, in China Town. Wer aber gerne mehr als 1h pro Nacht schläft, sollte nicht dieses Hotel wählen. Unten im Hotel drin ist eine Bar die bis in die frühen Morgenstunden Musik abspielt. (Auch draussen) Oropax mitnehmen nicht vergessen! Sauberkeit: sehr schwierig. Das Bad ist unbeheizt, also es hat eine Heizung hinter dem Spiegel was aber überhaupt nichts nützt. Der Plattenboden ist gefühlte 2 Grad Minus und freiwillig betritt man den nicht Barfuss. Die Barrierefreie Dusche ist zwar ok gebaut, wenn man sie braucht, aber für alle anderen, nicht zu empfehlen. 1x duschen bedeutet das der komplette Boden im Badezimmer nass ist und bleibt. (Weil nicht schräg gebaut - Abflüsse). Das heisst wer Nachts aufs WC geht, wird von einem eiskalten Boden inkl. Fussbad empfangen. Leider nicht lustig.. Die gratis Badelatschen aus Baumwolle, würde ich im Schrank lassen weil in Kombi mit dem nassen Boden - Todesfalle / Rutschgefahr! PS. Haare, Kalk & Schimmel sind ebenfalls Mitbewohner. Personal/Empfang: Sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

På hotels.com så billedet fint ud, i det virkelige liv var dette dyre værelse det ringeste, jeg har oplevet nogensinde. I receptionen var en meget sympatisk stab, men de kunne ikke ændre værelset: madrassen var sat på en høj kasse, så sengen blev så høj, at man måtte kaste sig op på den- men tit gled ned. Om natten føltes det livsfarligt at kravle ud af sengen. Brusebadet var oppe i et badekar, man skulle kravle op/ ud af: så højt et badekar, at man kunne brække et ben, hvis man skulle op eller ud af badet. Toilettet var så småt, at man ikke kunne lukke døren indefra. Der var intet vindue, kun et bitte et direkte mod muren. Lukkede man det op, hørte man kun andre værelsers AC. Så var der kun ca. 20 cm fra sengens fodende til væggen, så man kunne kun kravle til toilettet, liggende på sengen! Minibaren havde ikke været af- iset i 10 år. Vandkedlen sad inde i et skab, på 2. Hylde, håbløst at bruge den! Endelig var der ikke en stol på værelset! Og ikke plads til kufferten. I øvrigt var der en ubehagelig lugt på gangen, uden for værelset. Ødelagt efter to elendige søvnløse nætter, er jeg lykkelig for at rejse hjem! Hotelejerne skulle skamme sig, opholdet er ikke billigt. Jeg føler mig elendigt behandlet.
