There was a bit of a problem when we checked in. The hotel guy mentioned that we booked for an Eco plan room, which means no cleaning service in the room during our stay. But we don’t even know this option existed in the app (eco plan and non-eco plan). Overall, the hotel is fine. The location is close to the JR station but NOT close to the metro/subway line.

Hanshin is the best choice to stay when in Osaka. The location is strategis, more restaurants near the hotel. The service is good, the staff is friendly, and the process of check-in/out is very fast.

The place is good, it's spacious, at that time I was for it, but it was quite extensive, it was great, if you come here again you can get an inexpensive price, just come here. The delicious thing is. here near the station. just across the station.

The hotel is big. Have big rooms. Clean and quite modern. It's located rather strategic. Fukushima station a JRline. Not in too crowded area but only 1 jr station to Osaka station which is the main hub in and out of Osaka. For the price, this hotel is recommended. Service is quick. Staff is very responsive. Speaking English is no problem here. They cater to kids very well. Hotel is suitable for family trip.

Premium location in Osaka. The station is opposite the hotel. Many restaurants around the hotel. Looking for breakfast, there is Yoshinoya across the hotel. Family mart is located next to the hotel.
