Loved the spacious room and beautiful view

Great place to stay, a little dated but still ok, close to everything…

Our apartment was amazing. The views were stunning and it was spacious enough for our family. Being located above the mall made shopping and dining super convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Pretty expensive for what you get, there were some issues with the apartment (bathrooms had no fans, fridge leaked, TV remote didn't work). But the location is perfect (across road from beach) and facilities around are significant (supermarket right next door, plenty of restaurants within short walk).

The location was excellent however, the complex and rooms were quite old and need a major facelift. The room was very basic, bed very uncomfortable and general ambience very standard, definitely would not recommend

The location and view over Kurrawa Beach were fanastic. The apartment was in excellent condition. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the queen bed. It was very uncomfortable and I felt like I was rolling off the side all night.

Fantastic property, excellently managed Would definitely book again could not speak more highly of our stay.

Recommend Air on Broadbeach. Parking is a bit of an issue. Our car park tag didn't work on way out had to call of assistance. Oasis carparking staff sort quite quickly

I recently checked into your hotel (11th to 15th May) while attending a conference at the Gold Coast. While I appreciate the general cleanliness and amenities provided, I am writing to express my concern regarding a persistent and unpleasant odor in the room, which resembles the smell of urine. Unfortunately, due to my very very tight schedule and the limited availability during this busy period, I have not had the time to properly address this matter in person. I also understand that your reception operates from 9 AM to 5 PM, not 24/7 service; which overlaps with my conference commitments, making it difficult to reach out directly during those hours. I kindly request that you look into this issue as soon as possible the room was 1305. Whether through a deep clean, room freshening, or possibly offering an alternative room if available, any assistance would be greatly appreciated to ensure a more comfortable stay. Good Morning Very disappointed in our stay. I paid for the accommodation via the Expedia app. But on check in your reception took payment again from my debit card. I was told "human error" and I would received refund in 2 - 5 business days. This left me with no money to enjoy my stay. I could not see the show I wanted or shop at Pacific Fair for upcoming birthday presents. My whole reason for the getaway. I feel more could have been done to rectify the "human error"
