Our wake up call was 25 minutes late, the hotel is old and the updates done are poorly done, There is an East Indian restaurant in the building so all rooms have a curry scent, though not overwhelming it permeates everything. I had to give her my credit card and she charged me again, even though I had my reservation paid, she said it was for security, I was going for surgery so I did have my credit card and DL but when I told her I paid .. there was Drama. Breakfast closes at 930 which is too early because by 9 many thing had been cleared away

Room was clean. But it doesn’t have your setting for the temperature on each room. Air conditioning was cranked. It was absolutely freezing in the room. When I asked about it, she said she would turn it down a few degrees. But it wasn’t enough. I asked again. And it still wasn’t enough. Not sure if she even did anything. Also this hotel is a rough neighborhood of the city. And only has one entrance/exit to use so very inconvenient when your room is on the other side of the building.

The atrium and pool area have a very tropical feel. Would definitely stay again

The on site restaurant had excellent food but the staff was extremely slow and forgetful i would not recommend it at all !

Staff was rude during our stay. His tone of voice was unacceptable. He was kindly asked to calm down.

The hotel is long overdue for a renovation would stay again good price for a toom.for 2 adults n 3 kids

Overall a good experience

No elevator. Listening to children screaming in the pool until 9pm. Pool should close down by 8pm as all guest rooms face the pool and no one can relax or even enjoy the fountains in the atrium. Air conditioning not working properly. They had no other room to move us to and did not offer us any type of compensation. Restaurant inhouse was Indian food only.

Staff were quick to fix any issues we had. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed there as a group with multiple rooms. First time one rooms TV was not working. They said they would fix it but did not. We came back 3 days later and stayed again. We got the same room. TV still did not work and they did nothing to fix it. I asked in the morning for a reduction in price due to the issues. Was told the manager would call and deal with it. We did not receive any phone call back. Carpets in hallways were dirty. Room was good.
