Large hotel by the convention center, not a good location, dirty area and kind of sketchy. About 20 minutes from old town walking, parking is paid. Saw people having drugs by the entrance of the lobby. Vigo's old town is in bad shape, many buildings are deteriorated.

Very friendly staff at reception. Well sized and presented room with all the features you would expect. Underground parking available at an adjacent public car park with a separate marked area for the Hotel allowing access straight from the car park to the Hotel. I only had breakfast and not an evening meal but the restaurant was superb with interesting views of the port.

This i great facility and the correlation price-product is great. Value for the price is excellent.

Acceso un poco limitado. La fachada podría ser modernizada en el área del lobby, sobretodo los pisos hace que se vea el lugar oscuro y poco acogedor. Por otra parte, el personal muy atento y la habitación muy acogedora y amplia.

Very industrial area, limited amenities near by. Hotel is ok but getting a bit dated in its furniture

Staff was terrible very minimal effort in all questions and answers not helpful this is usually go I think they new better staff and more training there was no room service passed a certain hour and parking wasn’t available I can go on and on not impressed..

The staff was amazingn especially the night staff on friday!

Nice hotel, not much around but it is convienient because it is next to the conference center. The old part of town is only a 5-10 minute leasurely walk from the hotel. Decent breakfast.

Worst ever stay I have had while using hotel.com The hotel is not even a 2 star; no room service, no kitchen, unfriendly staff. Room not as shown in pictures and hotel in the middle of nowhere. More of a university hostel.

All things considered a reasonably good hotel, location is ok and the old town is a 10-15 mins walk away where good food and drink can be had, staff were excellent and gave great information

Aircondition not work whole week, i reported it in reception 3 times, but nothing happen. Instructions about Covid-19 was only spanish. I will not return same place in future, take another hotel

Very convenient for my work. Rooms were in good condition and it was clean.
