Fabulous location. It’s on a noisy road (at times), but that’s to be expected for the convenient location. Our apartment was nice, comfy and had good amenities.

Thank you for the lovely base for our family to explore Queenstown for the final leg of our NZ holiday. Everything was very comfortable and the location is incredible! Highly recommend.

The property is beautifully located. However, the staff is non responsive. Despite my daily requests to add shampoo (my only request during the stay), it was not provided. The shampoo bottles stayed empty until the end.

Great location right in town on water. Nice staff was accommodating with early check in. Loved view from 4th floor apartment. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff was helpful with transport instructions.

We had room #3A which was the top floor with a large balcony, incredible views of the lake and The Remarkable’s mountain range. We loved Queenstown, great town with lots to do and see. The hotel was super convenient and nicely stocked with everything you need. We had great happy hours on the patio:deck.

So perfect for getting into town for dinner, shopping etc

Good location, very convenient to walk to town centre. It would be nice if there are additional basic items such as salad bowl, non-stick pan and a bottle of diswashing liquid. Otherwise, it is a very nice apartment with good laundry facility.

We loved our stay at the waterfront. We were warned about ongoing renovation work on the exterior of the building, but it didn't affect our stay at all. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Two bathrooms came in handy. There was a convenience store close by, so we were able to grab the essentials when we arrived. There is free parking, but it's rather tight for SUVs. The staff were all welcoming. The view from the third floor was very nice (2 bedroom apartment). We will stay there again if we return to Queenstown.

Ideal location but apartment was dated. Though it appears they are doing upgrades. The apartment we stayed in was tired and worn though clean. Also know the second floor apartments are basically just a bit higher than a car roof and there is a parking directly in front of your window, so you have cars before any view. If you like privacy you won’t get it here when blinds open. Still I enjoyed our stay and didn’t regret booking.
