The hotel is easily accessible from BTS Nana Station, the soi in front of it is very quiet, especially at night, and the room was comfortable. The only inconvenience was that there was no place to hang a towel. The hotel staff were all friendly and I had a pleasant stay. I will stay again. Thank you!

It was a pleasant stay at Galleria 10 Hotel. Easy to reach the public transportation system, and the staffs were really helpful and nice.

I have been here before, but this year I did not enjoy being in this hotel. The hotel rooms are old and need renovation.

This is my first time to go to Bangkok for business trip, on the first day of Chinese New Year (a bit sad though). Never thought that the hotel had a little surprise by putting an orange on the bed, which is... very thoughtful, personally. Thanks Galleria 10 for making the stays comfortable, feels like home! And oh, breakfast is nice, I love the omelette (with pork bacon inside).

Easy and fast check in. great breakfast range. convenient location. friendly staff. I've been staying in almost for every trip to BKK, in fact my last visit was in Aug17, I stayed in Galleria 10 too. the only comment this round was there was a bit of mozzy bite not sure if its bed bugs or otherwise. room 511. overall great experience. no complaint.

The room is narrow, the space between the aisle is very narrow and hot.

The receptionist is friendly and willing to assist when the WiFi in the room is not working property. The hotel provided me with a WiFi router:).

I'm a returning customer, that tells a lot why I keep going back to Galleria 10 instead of others. Will be back again, real soon
