I've stayed here many times and I'm still impressed. The room is clean and the staff is very good.

Great hotel to stay at if you’re attending a concert near there!

Very nice hotel if you are watching a concert in Bangkok Impact.

The staff answered questions well, provided good service, greeted with a smile, the room was clean, there was an iron for ironing clothes and hanging them in the closet, very convenient. The bed was soft, the air conditioner was cool.

Stayed at this hotel twice, and I love it all. Good for you who want to watch a concert at Impact.

Stayed here because we intended to watch a concert at Impact Arena. The location is very good because it is just across the street from the concert venue. We were even allowed to check out late until 2 pm. The location is also close to shopping and restaurants.

It's wonderful but too small room

The door is very heavy. The bathroom is well separated, but there should be a curtain.

If you have a plan to attend a concert at Impact Arena, this hotel is very recommended. Very close and only need 10 minutes walk. The hotel is very comfortable: room size, in-room bathroom. All in good size, completed facilities & Wi-Fi running well. Love it!

The elevator should be improved because the buttons are faded and difficult to see when pressing the elevator floor.

Always happy to come back to this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of the staff, always get early check-in, also there is a connecting access/bridge from this hotel to the buildings next to it. I really love this hotel.

go see a concert It is a convenient place to stay.

We had a seminar at Impact, it was very comfortable, just walk & do a 5K run around in the morning, it was nice, there are lots of food nearby

Clean rooms, convenient travel The service staff is very good.

The staff made me wait for the room for 1 hour, not okay.

You should add enough employees to meet the workload.

Great hotel with great facilities, and very recommended if you're coming to the events on Impact Arena. I was staying here for Sam Smith concert and I could say that this was the best decision, it has sky bridge between hotel to the expo.

Excellent because I went to bed due to going to the concert. I woke up at 8:30 and rushed myself down to eat breakfast. Later, I learned that the rate for 11 a.m. was one of the best schools to stay at if going to a concert.
