It is clean and spacious but it is a motel pretending to be a hotel. There are coffee and tea making facilities and a microwave. However you had to have gone to a supermarket beforehand as there is nothing but the “motel” and the airport. You are restricted to having dinner at the “motel” as there is nothing else around for over 10 km. The room is cold and despite the air conditioning on “heat” setting the room is still cold.

Was a convenient location for a business trip at the airport for 8 days. Was quite a way from town so needed a car or taxi for transport. Otherwise a nice stay with nice restaurant and friendly staff.

Overall we enjoyed our stay with the exception of the bathroom. The shower was very slippery and dangerous. It would have been helpful to have had a hook somewhere in the bathroom to hang clothes on.

I loved everything about the hotel everything was high maintenance which I loved considering to a pervious time I had stayed in Hamilton at a different hotel it was really rubbish

Pretty disappointing stay the fuse tripped when I turned on the hairdryer freezing cold draft underneath the door. Aircon heat pump was over the bed so you could not have a comfortable night sleep without heating during winter with the Air blowing down over your body and head.

Was a great place to stay for a quick trip. Booked right at the last minute and no issues at all, staff very helpful and friendly.

Amazing! Can’t fault anything. Rooms have recently been refurbished and are very clean and spacious. Simple but sufficient. We even had a spa bath in our superior king room. Staff were first class! Customer service wonderful! Propeller restaurant is an absolute must - beautifully designed and modern and our meal was better than some meals I’ve had in five star restaurants. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks so much.

Good, simple place to stay at a good price.

There were multiple pubic hairs on the shower walls which I didn't notice until I entered the shower. It took what was a very pleasant hotel room into a poor experience

Convenient for airport. Bed comfortable. Extra blanket available. Room temperature good. Has a heat pump. Carafe of water in fridge, a nice touch, and cookies. Fresh A2 milk. Has a kettle, no cafetiere. Might try out the gym next time. Has a sauna, outdoor pool and tennis court also. Also a guest laundry.

Nice hotel close to the airport. Good breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful. Only issue we had is when we arrived there around 9:20 pmthere was no one to let us in and we had to make an international call (local for NZ) for the check in person to come and let us in.
