I gave this hotel 5 stars because of the service and it’s very budget friendly. It’s located in the heart of the city and has a pretty decent breakfast. Thank you for a nice stay.

Very friendly and polite personnel. Located in downtown, next to the Guaira Theater.

Good location. Close to downtown. Good place to stay for a quick trip.

The communication among the staff members could be better. I had a problem with my TV and the following shift was not aware of it and it took two days to be solved. On the checkout no one asked if everything was fine, if there was any improvement to be made.

Nice hotel in a central location. We were there in winter, so it was a little cold in the room and tough to get the AC/heater going. But otherwise a good hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past, and it’s always been pretty good. This time it was a complete disaster. We were given a room that was filthy, beat up, with dirty linen, and a shower that was almost black with dirt. I complained at the front desk and they gave me another room that was almost as dirty. But very far from clean. It seems there’s not enough staff to keep the place clean. I understand the economy in Brazil is tough, but when you’re staying in a hotel you expect a minimum of cleanliness. This came nowhere close. The hallways were stained carpet, and the public spaces look like you could use some sprucing up as well. The only thing it was OK was the food. Room service sandwiches were OK, but nothing special especially at the price. Breakfast has always been good, and it continues to be about the same. The breakfast room is probably the cleanest place in the building. Parking is a joke, and was free every time I’ve stayed there. Now, suddenly, they are charging to park there. No where on the Hotels.com site does it say that this is a charged parking space. I complained to the manager who treated me pretty much like an idiot. I think they’re just trying to get a little more money of the guests. I will never stay at this hotel again and recommend that nobody do so. Unless of course you really like a very very dirty hotel.How this hotel claims three stars is beyond me.

Good downtown location across from an excellent theater. Kind of scary at night, so take a taxi. Excellent breakfast, clean room, everything you expect in a three star hotel. Our second stay there, and would stay there again. The website claims the room is 250 or so square feet, but I doubt it actually is 150. Overall, a good experience. If you are driving, be sure to grab a parking space early as it runs out of space all the time.

Decent hotel. Can't get a better price. In a really good location. Room was small. It's a bit outdated. However, it was clean. Breakfast was acceptable.

Located waking distance from bus terminal and centre. Reasonable restaurant at the hotel. Good breakfast. Room is basic but has everything you need.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Dan Inn was a good hotel. It was affordable with free parking, free Wi-Fi internet and buffet breakfast. The room was spacious and the staff polite and very discreet. The hotel is located downtown close to banks, restaurants, public transport (such as the bus to the airport).

The price paid was reasonable given the location but the hotel is not well maintained. When we arrived they were not able to identify our reservation even though I presented the confirmation e-mail and then they forced me to pay again.They returned the payment the next day and no apologies. We found the staff unfriendly and the hotel appears to lack of proper management.

De início eu e minha familia optamos pelo "Hotel Dan inn Curitiba Centro by Nacional inn", pela execelente localização, pois nossa estadia seria breve e a localização seria de extrema importância para nossodeslocamento como turistas.Porém, já no check-in iniciaram os pontos negativos, fomos informados que no hotel nao haviam vagas disponíveis para nosso carro e que eles nos encaminhariam a um estacionamento particular na outra rua, eu e meu companheiro estávamos tbm com minha filha, uma criança de 12 anos, que tem bronquite e pra ajudar o tempo estava chuvoso e frio e nem com essa situacao se mostraram interessados em solucionar esse problema, empatia zero!!! E ainda tiveram a petulância de comunicar que sobre as vagas, no contato havia essa cláusula, são 115 apartamentos para 25 vagas, isso é de uma falta de lógica imperdoável. Seguimos para o quarto, de início o controle da tv quebrado, o porta sabonetes da mesma forma, vazamentos no banheiro, colchão em péssimo estado, foi realmente uma noite mal dormida. Saimos praticamente o dia todo após o check-in e no retorno solicitei a vaga novamente, e me foi dito q apenas no outro dia estaria disponível, deixei minha filha no quarto sozinha, e sai com meu companheiro para o possivel endereço do estacionamento, não encontrei e retornei, nervosa com todos esses pontos negativos, implorei por ajuda, e ai surgiu uma exceção recepcionista me cedeu a vaga que era por mim de direito, sendo essa paga! Pasmem! Nao recomendo esse hotel

Gostamos muito. Tudo dentro das nossas expectativas. Valeu mesmo ter nos hospedado!

Hotel estava sujo, atrás da cortina (que estava toda furada) toda embolorada. Banheiro sujo com vazamentos. O café foi o único ponto positivo, a a pensar nas condições do quarto, tenho medo de pensar como era a cozinha. Claro demais Para o que oferece. Estacionamento longe e pago.

Foi uma excelente estadia. Hotel com boa acomodação, excelente localização e destaque para os funcionários super atenciosos e educados!
