Great hotel for a central Bath stay. Be aware that access to some rooms require negotiating multiple staircases. If this is an issue for you ask for a room near the lift.

The breakfast was nice but the portion might have been a little small. Rooms were large but could have had a bigger bed. We were in room 5.

Room was nice and spacious. We weren't able to take full advantage of the hotel or rooms amenities as were only able to stay for one night due to a bereavement - we would have appreciated if the hotel were able to empathise and perhaps offer some form of compensation given the circumstances, but understand that they're not obliged to do so.

Amazing hotel and particularly the staff, so attentive and friendly. Cannot fault the hotel at all, michelin star restaurant in the hotel which looked wonderful, we only had the breakfast but that was fantastic. The area was brilliant as walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. Just a wonderful experience

Front desk was very receptive and helpful. The room was pretty and comfortable. The bar and courtyard were charming and pretty. The location was far enough from the busy main streets, but close enough for an easy, quick walk to town/Roman Baths. Also a very nice evening walk to Marlborough Tavern (with good food) followed by an after dinner stroll through the Circus and The Royal Crescent and park was very easy/nearby. We would stay here again. The complimentary Cava was a nice touch and made the mini cheers a great way to begin our stay in Bath. Bath was amazing, we loved everything about our visit, and did not want to go home.

Excellent boutique hotel. Superb service all round. We were greeted outside by Wayne to help with valet parking and every encounter with a member of staff from there was very positive. The highlight was dining at Olive Tree. Absolutely outstanding food and such a nice touch to have the chefs come out and explain the creativity and work that goes into every dish. We will be back for sure

Nice property just outside the immediate core of Bath but still walkable, and close to the Royal Crescent and Victoria Park.

Queensberry was such a gem! The rooms are super nice and clean. The staff were accommodating. The restaurant, Olive tree is the only Michelin restaurant in Bath and is hands down amazing!
