It is very nice little hotel just around the corner from Sukiennice plaza. Excellent location. Clean and staff are very helpful.

Beautiful rooms, great location, and friendly staff. The rooms had a fair bit of dust and cobwebs but otherwise had a lovely stay.

The room was very cute and had a good aircon. We stayed during summer which meant that this was very important, as it was very hot through out the day. Our room did not have a shower and only provided a small bath. The bath could not fit a full sized adult and left us feeling uncomfortable at times. The bath did have a small hose to substitute the shower. The location of the hotel was very central to the old town. There were many restaurants and bars to try near the hotel.

Fantastic location

Felt like a bait and switch, the pictures show all of the listings this company has not specified the room you get, so don’t expect it to match the photos. The location is convenient to the main square and sort of quiet considering the busy area. Bathtub and bathroom are small and kitchen not equipped to really cook in. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good size room - comfy bed & pillows. Air con not great & you cant have the shutter up & window open as the curtain is see through. Very strange lay out of the room. Great Location. Breakfast was nice in the on site cafe.

We stayed in this hotel in April and found the hotel to be very well located for the main attractions; it is just a short walk to the main square. The room was wonderful in what is a very old and historical building. Breakfast was high quality and freshly prepared when ordered. I was a little concerned by the lack of any fire exit signage and had no idea where the nearest fire exit was. The only other problem was that, although the room has air conditioning, it was disabled due to the time of year despite a heatwave. Apparently it is only turned on in summer. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend the hotel.

Check in was easy and simple. Nicely done suites. Rustic looking. Mostly brick walls, floor is tile and wood. Toilet is seperate from the bath area, all modern fixtures. Nice little kitchen area, I stayed for 3 weeks and found it adequate. The room was made up every 3 days, you can have it done more frequently. Would have given the place 5 stars but on the last night I found silverfish in the toilet area. Very comfortable and a 3 minute walk to the Main Square. I would stay here again.

Property was nice. However was not clear what amenities were available. Pictures on web site appeared to make bar and restaurant open as full service restaurant. Restaurant only open for breakfast and no bar open at all.
