Not clean either inside or out. Area nice but wouldn’t stay again. Swimming pool area unclean, lodge/ caravan not clean.

Run down domaine/property. Mobile home was in good condition. Remember to bring everything you need for cooking. Not even salt/pepper/coffee there.

Location incantevole in mezzo ai campi di lavanda, struttura completa di molte attività. Peccato la qualità e comodità degli ambienti e la pulizia dei corridoi camere indescrivibile et biancheria letti non all'altezza. Personale gentile ma incompetente.

The staff was very friendly however we reserved a room with 4 beds and only receive a room with 3. No extra blankets or pillows were available to accommodate the mix up. I wouldn't stay here again as none of the staff could really provide a solution to the room mix up and one of us ended up sleeping on the floor with a throw pillow and a small sheet.

This was a solid choice because of it's proximity to lavender fields and the villages of Valensole and Greoux-les-Bains. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, but our rooms lacked air conditioning, which was a bit of a bummer since it was unexpectedly hot during our stay! This isn't the resort's fault, we knew it wouldn't and booked anyway The staff did not speak a ton of English, but were very, very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again, but perhaps in the spring or fall.

We traveled with our child and checkin wasn’t available for 2.5hiurs past the checkin time, they weren’t able to put us is a room with a double bed as requested and the room was dirty. The breakfast restaurant was in even worse conditions, dirty dishes and tables. An awful experience.

Room was not exactly as advertised - no balcony, small room, no tea and coffee facilities in room, property aging and needs maintenance, bathroom not so clean The grounds are wonderful - lots of facilities for families - small animal farm, resident peacocks, tennis, walks. Some of the activities are only available if you hire with an external provider & have larger groups, were over 18 - Possibly better access mid summer. Would be helpful if reception staff had access to more information/booking/age restrictions .. our sons were very disappointed

It would be a great family holiday as there is tonnes of activities and sports. The breakfast was really good too.

located in a nice and quite place. served by friendly staff. Perfect maintained Castel garden but hotel garden, restaurant and room cleanness and maintains were poor.

Wifi was poor room was noisy.

Struttura e personale eccellenti. Piscina pulita e un'offerta di attività sportive molto varia. Personale alla reception, bar e servizio colazione super. Esperienza da ripetere e consigliare.

Excellent séjour familiale, animation au top ainsi que les prestations mis à disposition. Seul petit reproche au niveau du ménage qui reste limité! Plusieurs toiles d’araignée, plein de moucherons mort dans notre chambre à l’arrivée mais ce n’est pas ce qui nous empêchera de revenir.

Vacker omgivning med en n otrolig vacker väg dit. Mycket aktiviteter för barn. Fanns en barnklubb (på franska). Väldigt Trevlig personal, särskilt i baren! Man möttes med att få armband runt handlederna som man Inte fick ta av under vistelsen. Små rum utan Ac så det blev kvavt. Känslan var kollo. Tyvärr smutsigt på golven i rummet och även i/runt Polen. Mycket hår och annat.

Pour la propreté aucune critique mais pour la chaleur avec la canicule il aurait été plus simple d’avertir car nous aurions apporté un ventilateur. Animateurs au top. En tant que curiste à Greoux, il n’y avait pas de navette ou les navettes ont été supprimées donc aussi le mentionner serait plus honnête pour ceux qui ne sont pas véhiculés.

Tres bien logé dans un appartement rez de chaussée, tres propre.

Pour notre week-end de 4 jours, tout à été parfait
