Great staff. Augustine, Issais, and the front desk ladies. Housekeeping was pleasant as well. Clean room. The shower curtain rod wasn't great. 2nd time there, 2nd room, same issue.

Couldn’t sleep. Too much noise. I could hear people talking in the hallways. I had a bad night

Very short walk to the Metromall and Los Pueblos. Shopping was easy.

Nadja was extremely helpful but the other staff seemed lacking in communication especially to English speakers

We needed a place for an overnight layover and this fit the bill. Proximity to the mall was a plus but we dined in and that was very reasonable and the drinks were nice
