Excellent hotel in excellent location and spotlessly clean1

It's a great hotel. From the outside, it was clear I'd chosen well. Very smart - and all at a fair price. The room was comfortable and clean with all the extras expected. The bonus was a fridge and a safe in the room

Exceptionally clean comfortable room, large comfy bed with pillows to sink into. Good WiFi and TV reception. Armchair in room desk for work large room. Large rainfall shower black out curtains ……..staff polite knowledgeable couldn’t do enough for you. Excellent meal in steak restaurant very good

Helpful staff, quiet hotel and good food

All good apart from getting to the football at Anfield. Hotel was great, food excellent.

Handy location and nice hotel near the centre and near the docks. Reception staff very friendly and had a fitness studio which was handy for our stay.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately the bed sheets were tucked in the mattress, when I pulled it out the sheet was full of dry blood! More of an oversight but these things should not happen. Staff member did apologise.

A great base in Liverpool, superb location. Subsidised parking is also a bonus. The hotel staff are really friendly and efficient. The rooms are very comfortable and it’s also a good place to work from. I’ve stayed at this hotel over the last seven years and it’s a go to location. I’ve seen a change in the quality of the breakfast which used to be superb and are now average. The hotel gym is OK. It’s still recommended.

It is perfectly situated in the city, convenient and has walkable places to eat, things to do.

Lovely hotel, having the restaurant at the hotel was a great addition. The rooms were nice and clean - lovely touch having the extra items in the mini fridge. The location was great for walking to the docks and into city centre. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!
