When we checked in at the regular check in time, they assigned us a room that had not been cleaned. Then they reassigned us to a room that was occupied. The third time they assigned us a room that did not have any toilet paper or toiletries. We left the property without spending the night and they did not offer a refund.

Muy lindo hotel

The hotel was nice, but the staff was constantly rude and undertrained. A special mention to food being way under seasoned and flavorless.

Very Scandi minimalist rooms. Very warm bar and check in area. Nice mix.

Small room; good hotel bar and staff. Limited dining opportunities. Restaurant opens at 7:30pm,. a little late.

Hotel location was convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have some improvements in the options offered, as well as the coffee served.

Cleanness of the room was not very good. Terrible smell

Hotel currently has a sewage leak that has caused great odor in the bathrooms. Beds are also quite unstable for anyone over 90kg

The bathroom is very tiny so much so that washing your hands in the sink proves impossible . The “full” breakfast is mediocre . We’ve been having breakfasts included in all our hotels during this trip. Almasur’s serves the same exact foods but the quality and taste is sub-par. The scrambled eggs might as well been called soup. Coffee is just brown colored water . Etc . And the front desk staff is anything but welcoming. The man was pushy; not all suited for his role at the front desk.

Friendly service, nice rooms

Lugar adecuado, renovado, lipio y cómodo. Bueno para viaje con amigos y familia. Cerca del puerto, la estacion de bus y el centro de la ciudad. Tiene ascensores, pero hay alguna escalera inetrmedia.

We liked this hotel very much it is conveniently located and comfortable. They were very helpful to us especially Victor helped us getting national parks tickets.

It is a nice hotel for reasonable price

The reception was chaotic, with too many people handling the check-in process. The room was very small, including a narrow shower. No response to email sent when asked for a clarification on pricing.
