Misleading location information but stunning resort

The view was stunning and the staff were really lovely. It had a lovely atmosphere and the pool area was excellent.

It is a beautiful property with good food. However they still seem to agrue and not take us seriously about the smell from the night stands in the White Villa. My husband looked up the tag and there is a warning about the wood stating in moist areas it will get formaldehyde. I open the drwaer and a gas came out making me sick. The shower makes a high pitch noise throughout the whole place. Theyreis not screen on most every thing. The bathroom if you open at night the windows bugs get in. There is cameras around this villa. I get the pool I guess but not the otherside. It wasn't a luxury private villa. They did move us finally the next night. Unfortunately only one person could take a shower in this villa they said they checked it but the second person was always cold. I appreciate what effort was made a free dinner but unfortunately we spent 2 half days dealing with all of this and moving that it just ruined seeing all we had planned.

Absolutely stunning views from our Villa! It was truly breathtaking to wake up each morning, watching the sunrise while looking at Castel Doria in Castelsardo. Equally stunning was the opportunity to see the sunset each night. The staff were truly courteous, efficient and caring! We would definitely return to Bajalogia!!

This is a lovely property and deserves the 4 star status. The views from the property were stunning. Pool area and grounds are very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back.

We absolutely loved this gorgeous property off the beaten path. The hotel staff was exceptional in hospitality and the room, views, pool and restaurant were top notch. We ended up staying 2 extra days because we didn't want to leave. We highly recommend this resort.

We really enjoyed our stay - too bad it was only one night! The view is fantastic and the food in the restaurant is amazing. One of our favourite hotels in Sardinia!

Their views are amazing overlooking the sea and town of castelsarda. The beds were very comfortable. However, as an interior designer, the whole property needs an overhaul. Paint colors, furniture, all out dated. Reception, bar and dining area cluttered, mismatched and disorganized. Pool and patio furniture mismatched and shabby. All needs to be replaced and updated. In our room much the same. Garish yellow paint in the bathroom, mauve walls (1980s much??) and red leather and curtains in the bedroom. Bathrobes and towels were almost threadbare. However the Bedding was amazing as was the bed. The bathrooms also felt cheap—our shower drain didn’t drain fast enough so we were standing in an inch or more of water while showering. The grounds are incredible but all the other details need to be improved to make this place feel luxurious not like a cheap Las Vegas hotel. Restaurant was pretentious and not all that great in spite of their Michelin rating. That being said, the view from our patio and the serenity watching sunrise and super moon rise made everything of no importance. This property is one of a kind. It could perfect.

Gorgeous hotel with a stunning view and lovely poolside beds. Strong focus on cleanliness and sanitation that made us feel safe. Breakfast included with lovely welcome drinks! Our only critical feedback is the drinks and food service poolside left a lot to be desired - it took a long time to even get a menu and our dirty dishes were never cleared.

The hotel is in an excellent location up on a hill across from Castelsardo. The room was large with a wonderful bathroom and very clean. We highly recommend the restaurant. The food and service were exceptional. We must visit them again soon!

Fabulous hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle into town and to local beaches. Nice clean pool area with sunbeds and cabanas always available. Drinks and food great and reasonably priced. We will definitely return on day. Probably not ideal for those with limited mobility as slopes and steps around the resort from most rooms to the main areas, but fine for most unless you are lazy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We ate in the restaurant for lunch and dinner and had good meals. The portions were very generous and the views of the sunset were stunning. The breakfast buffet was varied but not completely ready when we had an early start on our last day. The pool area was very clean with nice sunbeds but we felt that in peak season more umbrellas and sunbeds would be needed.

We arrived in at the Bajaloglia Resort after after 4 nights in Capo D'Orso, after 2 attemps at getting up the hill to the hotel on our fiat 500, we were simply stunned by the amazing nearly 360 degree vista / panamoric views overlooking Castelsardo and also in land with all the vineyards and mountains, from our room (number 2), we enjoyed an amazing view once again, the sun set was amazing. The lady at reception was very welcoming, and very approachable / had lots of tips for sights and restaurants, checking in andout very efficient, she also organised at short notice a free shuttle into town in the evening which is only a 5 minute drive, and she also orderes a cab to pick us up once we'd had dinner in town and walked around stunning "Castello" / old town. Overall a real pleasure and from there we have travelles to Alghero, next Bosa, and then across to Cala Ganone completing our tour of the north.

We stayed here for two nights, and had a great stay. The service was great, the breakfast buffet was really good, and the restaurant for Dinner was excellent! The only complaint that we had would be the beds. The beds are not comfortable at all, for such a nice place they did not fit in with the grand scheme of things. Would recommend due to the service that we received.

Paid for a junior suite, which was disappointing as it was very small. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well furnished. The bed was very hard. Our issue was the location, the hotel is at the top of a hill with nothing surrounding it, you have to have a car! It feels very isolated but this might suit some people! Overall, nice hotel if not amazing.

Lovely setting, beautiful restaurant, clean & modern rooms and a lovely pool area. Service good, just missing that certain something to be excellent.
