No hot water or heat as there was a gas leak. Loud music from the function room which kept us awake on our first day. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was safe

Food made me ill. Really poor food. Pretty dated all round and in the spa changing rooms. Pool itself is nice and the gym is good.

Nice clean spacious room,very comfortable bed, Food wasn't up to much,breakfast on first day was chaos no plates, queuing for everything then the sausage came out was undercooked and inedible,had a burger in the bar area was that raw it bled all over the bun sent back and the replacement wasn't much better for the price of the meals I expected quality but that is not what we got.

Clean, quite and good space

Food was good but the service & quality of the staff in the bar & restaurant was diabolical.

Bedroom was clean Good car parking, Helpful reception staff. Breakfast food was good, however, a lot of items had run out by the time we dined at 8:45. The staff did not appear to have any supervision or overseers. The golf terraces were untidy with rubbish left unattended. We initially booked for 2 nights and later tried to add another. They quoted a ridiculous £189 for the above. PS: Our round of golf on Sunday experience was not good. The fairways had not been cut and play was very slow due to overcrowding and inexperienced Society players

Bed was comfortable, great view of the golf course, breakfast was good and the staff were helpful

Hotel stay was good

Hotel was clean but is in need of an update as the communal areas, ie. Reception, bar & restaurant were looking old & tired.

Lovely stay, hotel good but Spa area has some issues looking very tired broken tiles in several places and things not working in thermal suite

I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. The pool was FREEZING. Service atrocious in the bar . As a woman ignored to serve the men !! Waited over an hour in the restaurant for our food. Only came when we asked where it was !! Steak that was meant to be well done was still dripping with blood. The potato’s were like bullets and the risotto was warm,making my partner ill. My friend went into the relaxation tank,they forgot about her !! Left for three hours and the staff went off duty. Anything could have happened to her and nobody would have known!! Young staff standing around talking instead of clearing tables and no manager around,when we asked to discuss this . A positive,the crazy golf was fun .

Comfortable clean room, but decor and lighting need updating. Staff service friendly and helpful, but again short of numbers for such a large venue. Venue has a general feel of tiredness and bead of a freshen up, good value for our stay.

Nice gym & pool. Wellness was great. Breakfast selection was nice
