Great hotel with indoor pool, offers fresh breakfast in the morning and close to other dining options in the area. Clean and quiet and loads of parking.

This hotel is very beautiful and we like that our room's balcony had a view of the indoor pool. Our grandkids took advantage of the pool and had a great time!

Frankly,I don’t know how this hotel gets an 8.8 rating. This was our first visit to this hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient. We were given a room at the end of the hall which was a bit bigger than a normal room - a pleasant surprise. The room was tired….wallpaper starting to peel, laminate in the bathroom starting to peel. Pinholes in the drapes from washing etc. We were at the start of breakfast and while it was busy, the potatoes, eggs, and sausages were luke warm and the coffee was watery. Maybe the kitchen staff were having a rough morning and the room is next for renewal, but I came away feeling I could have had as good an experience at a cheaper hotel. Next time through Levis, we will try someplace different.

Definitely very noisy hotel. You can not only hear the neighbouring rooms on the side, and above you. You get additionally the noise from the highway... And... booking through Expedia gives you the loser room next to the elevators. Double whammy. Oh, the beds are good (not the only condition for a good sleep, though...). Not as expected, not happy.

Very nice hotel - great for families with indoor pool and hot tub. Close to the ferry to Quebec City, and lots of dining options nearby. Beds were extremely comfortable and room spacious.

Breakfast was basic, needs to be upgraded. The room was excellent and comfortable.

The property itself was great and clean, our room had some issues, door wouldnt close properly and someone even walked in, shower was broken, no vent/fan in the washroom and the plugs/outlets didnt work on one side of the room. The pool, service, and breakfast were great!
