No breakfast and it was already 7:15 am

Good hotel. Safe, clean and the shuttle to airport was a nice touch. The breakfast was good but the supper was not as good as my expectation. The WIFI was poor as it dropped internet frequently, slow. I reset my computer and phone, "forgot" the network and still experienced numerous issues.

This hotel was in a perfect place, safely located near a local mall. It was clean and they served a great breakfast every morning. The breakfast that was provided was Continental. The choices were coffee/tea and bread/fresh fruit. The wait staff was some of the best I’d ever had. We had a group of 10 people and we stayed a week. They remembered our orders and were quick to make anything right.

I was very pleased with the accommodations and cleanliness. The staff was great and room service was awesome.

The hotel is a bit run down. The staff was extremely friendly and was attentive. The room was run down . Not enough electrical outlets - only two beside the bed, and one by the desk. When I came to pressing my clothes, I had to get close to the bed to do it, and the iron only had a 2 foot cord. The bathroom had dirty finger marks on the walls- very noticiable.

Everything was OK

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was a bit disorganized, service could be slow, and the food was good but not excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is great when it comes to attention and rooms, but the wireless in the rooms is probably one of the worse I have ever experienced, I visit hotels every week and never had so much trouble getting wireless connection. The restaurant "Kizilay" is the only place where the connection was good

Overall good. My only two complaints is that they did not have an ironing board and they were really understaffed during breakfast. Poor waiter was by himself without help working his tail off. Service was slow as a result.

Good hotel in general. The stuff was very nice and checkin and checklut was very swift. Good experiencie considering price-point.

All the people is really nice there. Excellent service.

Bad experience. They took 3 days before changing bed clothes and towels. Room key had to be activated every day, they forgot to leave water and very noisy on weekend. They had an event outside so all kind of unwanted music in your room.

They want me to pay again for my reservation. No change sheets and not replace the water bottles.

They don't have wifi.

Old soft beds, wifi terrible in rooms, missing or broken items in room, and couldn't get hot water in the shower (3rd floor!). It was a good price, but I wish I spent more $ somewhere else. The staff was polite.

Breakfast very good, make sure you ask individual for each thing : eggs, bread, juice, coffee, to get it all
