It was the best place for me at São Paulo and it’s my second visit to the world hotel. I full recommend the place and the neighborhood

Would not recommend. Rooms were old and bathroom for room 2 was molding. Clearly the room had been cleaned a long while ago. Bathroom for room 1, which was renovated was better, but that was the only area that was nicer. Probably the hardest and longest check in experience I ever had. Also, getting in and out of the property via their parking privileges was a hassle. Breakfast was good. Location is really good as well. If you are looking for location, this is a good value. If you are looking for hotel amenities, I would not recommend.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the rooms are very comfortable, with a desk, couch, separate sleeping space, mini kitchen. I think after a renovation of the rooms it'd be a great place to stay.

Bed Sheets dirty and looks like there was bed bugs on it! I got bitten marks all over my body.

Great location, just terrible Wi-Fi in the hotel, and extremely friendly staff that is kind and attentive to guests needs.

The AC wasn't running. It took them a long time to fix the problem.

Check in was easy. They spoke English. You can tell that they are trying to save money. They charge for everything. No iron or ironing board.

Hotel was good. I stayed here many times. Friendly staff and location is great.But is is a bit outdated and needs refurbishment as furniture / bed is becoming out of style. Also kitchen was not well equipped and missing cooking pans

It’s a nice hotel but the bathroom was a bit run down. There’s a microwave and hot plate included. A few sparse cutlery and plates. No coffee maker or tea pot in room Breakfast included in my rate. Was there over a week and buffet was exactly the same. Variety would be nice. Nice assortment of fruit. 2 cold cut turkey or ham. Lots of bread. Waffles but nothing to put on them Staff is really limited with English. Pool nice but the entire week I was there the jacuzzi or perhaps mini pool was covered with a tarp with no one around giving it. Made area look a bit grimy. It is comfortable for sure. The noise in the room was loud from something on the room or perhaps air conducting next door

Opinions are based on expectations. I think this hotel was rated a 3-4 star property, but it is clearly not. I travel internationally every month, and this was my most disappointing stay in years. Rooms were old (furniture cheap, phones with static, carpet stained, internet slow), and service was poor (Room Service did not speak any English). I know hotels in Sao Paulo are ridiculously overpriced, but almost $300 for this room at this hotel was larceny.
