Good value for money

this hotel has turned into a hostel for immigrants.

1 star hotel at 3 star prices

The room was very hot. The safe did not work and was not fixed after notifying the front desk. Stains on the carpet.

Second time we've stayed here on a road trip from UK to Denmark, and both stays have been good, pleasant staff, clean, comfy, warm rooms - just what you need before another day driving.

The hotel is in a very pleasant area with plenty to do. Staff were welcoming and accommodated our request for food 10 minutes before the kitchen was due to close. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant and friendly service. The family room was a good size. On the whole it was clean, with the exception of the floor once we separated one set of twin beds to create two singles. It was apparent that the floor underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned for some time. The bathroom was a little ‘tired’, but clean. Plenty of parking on site. Whilst there one of our party suffered an upset stomach. We can’t say this is as a result of eating there, or somewhere else he’d eaten earlier in the day, but it marred our stay. Having said that, we’d return.

It saddens me that, to reduce cost, Fletcher chooses plastic egg cups, paper cups in the bedroom/bathroom, no active kitchen staff present and most frustratingly an 80cm wide single bed in the twin room.. breakfast was reasonable but it is difficult to have some personalised fried eggs or omelets.. where is the staff? Because of the width of the bed and the ease by which the beds moved it was very uncomfortable for my tall frame to turn or move even a little etc etc.. Theor excuse for these beds was that it was standard with.. mmmm at least in Belgium they have formalised standard to be 10cm wider.. (One more thing.. outside access to the rooms bit no umbrellas..)

Good hotel in a nice position with ample car parking and wifi included. I have been several time to this hotel and it never disappoints.

Bad service, the room is not too clean and the bathroom is too small. Also we had a priblem with the payment and there is no one who you can talk to.

Super friendly and helpful staff and great hotel

Everything was wonderful. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. My only complaint is the number of flies in the room due to lack of screens. Also, no air conditioning or fan. Otherwise, great hotel and would stay there again.

Nice hotel with free parking. Good value for the money, only downside was a somewhat small bed.
