The hotel staff is friendly. The room size is a bit small for 3 people, but so far the location is comfortable, the breakfast is complete and the service is very good.

I booked a room for 2 people but there was only 1 sleeping coat, 1 pair of slippers, and 1 towel in the room. The normal room is okay, not very nice. I booked a room on the wrong date, but I was allowed to change the date and cancel for free... but somehow booking through traveloka cost me an additional 6000 yen for 4 people for the date change fee :(
