Excellent! Worth it to stay here. The front desk and cleaning services go above and beyond. They understand that little things go a long way in making the customer feel special. to say that the property is gorgeous is an understatement. Highly recommend

Unfortunately the front desk team told me (at check in and also at check out) that they would not report my points to Marriott earned for my stay because I did the reservation and paid through Expedia. Honestly speaking, they made me feel as if I had done bad. I think this was utterly wrong because Expedia works as a travel agent and Marriott receives my payment. Also, they did not give me any perk when checking in despute I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member

Close to everything we wanted to see! Very nice hotel with great facilities. Best parts were the breakfast in the morning and the pisco sour class at the bar!!

Without a doubt it’s the best hotel in the historic center of Cusco. Have been in Cusco more than 10 times and have stayed in many other hotels and this is definitely the best! Very friendly staff, very clean, delicious breakfast and very convenient location.

Probably the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. They can solve any problem and are extremely friendly and courteous. Hotel is beautiful and the food was great!

This beautiful hotel was built around an historic cloister and ancient walls and items were preserved, even a historic walking tour of the property was complimentary. It is located in the heart of Cusco, two blocks from the main square. The staff made our stay so memorable. They were efficient, friendly and attentive, in all areas.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was the best hotel of our multi city trip to Peru. No complaints. From the tea available to you as soon as you walk in to the delicious breakfast/lunch/dinner at the restaurant. On top of that, it such a beautiful hotel that feels so grand inside. They also go above and beyond to make sure you experience everything Cusco has to offer. They even had little Panchita (alpaca) there for you to take pictures with!

The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. Breakfast has many fresh options. The location could not be better . A 5 minute walk to Plaza de Armas and many restaurants and shops.
