Nice hotel. Good rooms and customer service

Good hotel for our purpose, bed a little hard, breakfast good and location beside the station is excellent!!

Single room was big enough for one person. Despite being small it had every amenity required . Bathtub available in room too, as well as public onsen on 14th floor. Breakfast spread was good enough , both western and local jap cuisine available. Bottled water not provided but that is small inconvenience since minimart just a minutes walk away. Very near beautiful library with Starbucks and subway as well as Shinkansen train station

Very clean hotel, speedy check in and out. Although compact it has all necessities, like toothbrush and hairdryer. Conveniently located just minutes from Train station and minimart . Breakfast spread was wide enough to cover both jap and western staples. One downside is that there isn’t much activity around hotel after 8pm. Had a morning 3km run towards Bay Area and the view is great.

It was overcrowded with many young people. There was no single power outlet in the bathroom, which we had never experienced before.

Small bath area but okay if nobody around. Convenient and clean for a business trip. Terrible breakfast.

The staff were very helpful

The location was convenient as it is close to the train station , about 5 mins walk. Hotel is clean and the breakfast is typical basic Japanese food.. I booked no smoking room and stayed 2 nights but extended another night. The staff insisted that I had to move to a smoking room due other bookings. The new room was full,of cigarette smell despite of using freshener. Not a very comfortable stay on the last night.

It's very close to the the station and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. My room was okay, the curtains had a rip in them and there was a stain on the wall, but the bedding was fine and the bathroom was large and clean so I didn't mind the decor issue.

シャワーを使用すると床が水浸しになりました ベッドサイドで使用するUSB仕様のスタンドも故障していました 取替を依頼してすぐに対応頂きましたが結局点きませんでした ただ清掃スタッフの方からはとても良くして頂きました 総じてスタッフの方の対応は良かったです

温泉があり良いです

チェックイン前でしたが荷物を預けたところ、部屋まで入れていただけました。 助かりました。 お風呂良かったです。

展望風呂と無料の朝食が充実している。スタッフも感じがよい。

大浴場も綺麗で、駅近で行きやすい場所でした！

何度か使ってます。 お風呂からの見晴らし良しです。 朝飯も昔より良くなっているように感じました。 ロビーにコーヒーサービスありで、良いビジネスホテルかと思います。
