Shame I didn’t get to spend more time at the hotel as it was lovely, the food was delicious and the whole places was just so clean and everybody was friendly.

Te hotel is very well finished, and the staff are very nice. It is a great hotel for staying solo. The only problem i have is with the check-in. Other hotels are making it as easy and as quick as possible for people to check in - here you have to sign in on a tablet and you are asked for far too much information, including address and DOB. They also look at your ID, which I understand. I would like to know what they need all the personal information for and what happens to it after you leave?

Property was beautiful and on site restaurant was really good. Room layout was a bit odd, but the room & bathroom were clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was easy and conveniently located close to hotel entrance.

The trip was amazing. Easy check-in. We were slightly early, however the staff accommodated us. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were absolutely fabulous. On-site facilities were out of this world, e.g. fitness centre and swimming pool. Bar was great too with service to one's table. Would definitely return. Very highly recommended.

Avoid the restaurant, slow service, poor quality of food and very very very expensive

BUT don’t eat here, service is slow, food is poor quality and extremely expensive.

Stuffy and not deserving of being so.

Stayed here 30 and 15 years ago and I recall being happy with the hotel. Since then it’s been very recently refurbished. OMG! What a transformation. It’s absolutely lovely. We stayed in a suite and it was stunning. The bed, duvet and pillows were the best I’ve slept in…. Ever slept in. Our evening meal, live cooking buffet was very special, and brought to life by our waiter Jim. The breakfast the following day will stay with me forever, never have I experienced such choice. If you’re looking to stay in Venlo then I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Book a suite, dinner and breakfast, you’ll not regret it.
