Room is okay, bed is comfortable but we almost miss our flight because the staff forgot to book shuttle bus to airport. We informed staff to book it since the 1st day of our trip. On check out date, there is no shuttle bus then we asked them after half hour after booking time and they just said sorry, they did not book it so we have to go to airport by Uber with very expensive price. The location is next to Duplex station, train no.6 but there is no train service during our trip. So it's difficult to go to hotel by public transportation.

The hotel just right in front of Dupleix train station. Eiffel Tower can be reach by walking (walkable, but a little far for those who dislike walking too much hehe) We arrive early, though we couldn't do early check-in they have bathroom in the first floor so we can use that for getting ready to stroll around the city.

The hotel staff is not clear in explaining, asking for a security deposit that was not in the previous info.

My wife and I was requested room with eiffel tower view in higher price, but when we came they gave us room in lower floor (3rd floor) and we couldn't see anything but wall of metro. I asked to changed the room but they said there is no room left. So they gave us free breakfast as compliment (it cost 12eu/pax) food are so so, little bit disappointed but there is nothing that we can do. Small room but clean. Plenty restaurant around neighborhood, metro station is just a 5min walk away. 10min walking to eiffel tower.
