Nice hotel. Close to a lot of restaurants and shop. Easy walk to attractions as well and the hotel staff connected us with tours and taxis. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff who were friendly from the beginning to the end. Melvin and Estrella especially. Great location near the main square but far enough the noise was not as bothersome.

A beautiful hotel walkable to everything & the staff were nice. A nice buffet breakfast that would appeal to everyone.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff make you feel like a VIP. The doors are not well insulated to the sound of guests forcibly closing their doors. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive.

Very convenient location close to city square. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We were also able to store our luggage here when going to Machu Picchu.

Stay at prime location in the city. Many attractions nearby. Rooms were little smaller than expected.

Overall a very nice hotel on the heart of Cusco close to restaurants, shops main market and Sun temple. Breakfast choice is amazing and that was a huge bonus for us especially as we had an early tour and the restaurant opened at 5 am

No me gustó que no se respeta el silencio y permitieron que grupos de turistas hagan ruido a las 6:30 am en el patio central mientras esperaban su tour. El check-in también no fue de los mejores

Although this hotel is in a great location, close to Plaza de Armas, with great reviews, I cannot recommend this one. Our room was hot, stuffy and smelled very stale like mildew. There were no windows to look out and if you tried to open the one hinged “window” for ventilation, it just opened into a semi-enclosed kitchen exhaust area. The wall unit A/C took about an hour to finally figure out. We asked hotel staff for assistance but the guy just came in and adjusted the remote to make heat come on, then quickly left. A Google search eventually gave us enough info to switch the AC on. Then, when we pulled the covers down to go to bed there, were bugs in one of the beds. To be fair, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t bed bugs- but a beetle which is a bit longer than a bedbug, with pinchers. When I called the desk to request a different room, I was told “No, we do not have any other rooms”. So at 10:30pm, I booked a room at an entirely different hotel and checked out of the Wyndham Costa de Sol. We were immediately charged for the night, upon checkout and I was told that any refund request would have to be done through Hotels.com. Customer service is assisting with that now. I’ve traveled quite a bit and have never had such a bad hotel experience. Still can’t understand all the great reviews for this place!

The rooms are average. The curtains have to be closed at all times because the windows are at sidewalk level. At breakfast, you have to pay extra for coffee other than the drip coffee. Overall, a poor hotel for Cusco.

We have stayed here twice and would again. The location is fantastic: near the square but with less noise and near some fantastic restaurants. The rooms are spacious and charming, but also clean and have everything you need plus some extra comfort and luxury like large tubs, facial tissues, etc. The breakfast is also great. Most of all, the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They are a major part of why we would recommend it!

Can’t say enough nice things about the staff. They were nice enough to handle my laundry on short notice so that they could get it back to me before checkout. I left a hat in the room and they ran after me to give it back. The amenities and accommodations are excellent, but the dedication of the staff is what really makes this place special.

Ideally situated near the Plaza de Armas—close enough for easy access, yet far enough to escape the noisy nightlife! Excellent restaurants are just a one- to two-minute walk away, and the hotel’s own breakfast is not to be missed, offering a varied and well-presented selection.

Very good restaurant. Courtyard was very pleasant. Close to Plaza de armas, sights, shops and restaurants/bars. Staff very helpful. 24 hours reception which helps with early morning flights.
