El hotel esta muy lindo y llimpio. El personal muy amable. En ubicacion para el turista, esta lejos de los lugares mas turisticos, pero tambien es cierto que es una ciudad bastante grande asi que es imposible quedar cerca de todo. En el caso de nosotros siempre tomamos taxis que los llamaban desde hotel y era muy conveniente, pero bueno eso habria que tomarlo en cuenta para hacer el buget del viaje. Otra cosa super importante es que nosotros eramos 4, mi esposo mis dos hijos de 29 y 18 y yo y realmente la habitacion que tienen para 4 persona no es comoda para 4 adultos, para una familia con 2 ninos pequenos esta super bien pero no para 4 adultos, Milan fui la ultima ciudad que visite en este viaje y nos quedamos en otros hoteles donde si era comodo para 4 adultos, en esta estamos apretados, tienen un tipo litera que repito para ninos esta super bien. Por todo lo demas el hotel es muy bonito y super limpio.

Very good accomodation, it was a short visit to Milan but we enjoyed our stay at the hotel with very convenient location.

Small modern hotel within 15 minutes from the center of Milan by train- clean, modern rooms with great amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. This hotel is located in Ciutta Studi neighborhood, a safe, lovely neighborhood which houses the largest polytechnic institute in Milan. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location for Kleos is excellent--v nice neighbourhood with multiple transport links within 5-7mins. Elisa at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Great bars and cafes nearby if you want to stay local.

My family and I booked two rooms for a short stay to see Milan. It’s located in the perfect spot between the airport (LIN) and the Center! Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are very comfortable too!

Modern, rooms were clean and bathroom was larger than expected

They gave us a very small room and did not help us to carry our things and we had to pay extra for the extra room and breakfast.

Hotel Kleos was a very good three star hotel. We had a superior double and it was clean and had a great bathroom. The bed was comfortable, but it was a bit short. My feet extended off the bed. The front desk was helpful and kind.

Very thin walls, I hear every conversation from neighbouring rooms. Very noisy environment.

Felt like an upper middle class hotel in a middle income country. Very expensive for what it was. Construction in the 0 floor. Gym is bizarrely inside the breakfast lounge. Rooms are spacious but poorly lit and uninviting. Just a place to bathe and sleep.

Terrible hotel. Stayed one night on a stopover. The check-in took 20 mins with a pre-paid in full room. The room was not comfortable for 3-star, the beds and bedding are 2-star quality at best. There are no amenities in the bathroom and bed was full of bed bugs, I had to dispose of my sleepwear to not risk contaminating my suitcase. How this hotel has a 9+ rating on HOTELS is bizarre, it should be rated 4, it makes me question their rating system.

Room was small, however very clean! Staff was friendly. Staff made some mistakes, however quickly rectified the problem. Good breakfast. Would def stay here again!

Recommend this hotel. the front desk Vanessa is very nice, warm and friendly. the staff are awesome. the environment is very clean and quiet. It is very convenient to go anywhere.

I really enjoyed the stay . The hotel is modern and for the price I think it is the best for value. The rooms are well clean and smell good , the airconditionning was great during the heat Italy. The reception people are so friendly specially Mr.Milad who was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are bit small but it doesn't matter since you are not in Milano to stay in the hotel. I would definitely come again

Very good location in a classical real Milano neighbourhood. Hotel is very clean and nice. Staff is friendly and I would not hesitate coming back. I was in town for a conference at Rho Fiero and the train commute was easy.
