This was definitely not the romantic gateway we expected.. is a family friendly resort with plenty activities for the little ones .. however when I called prior making my reservation and I asked if this a quiet peaceful resort they told me yes ….

We had a fantastic time. Exceptionally friendly staff and great place to be. We already miss the place and are experiencing post-holiday-blues.

Lovely sea side resort in the beautiful island of Evia. Greek standard service but the property location is great with a beautiful pool and amazing beach.

This property is beyond beautiful and far better in person than the photos which is hard to believe! Designed at a Small Luxury Hotel of the World, it certainly is deserving of such status. Stefano and the team are wonderful hosts and ensure every ask is accommodated. This is a resort to kick back and relax at. If you're looking for a location with a number of activities to do around the area, this is likely not your place. If you're looking for peace, tranquility and picture perfect views, you couldn't pick a better place. It may have just been the season or a one off but our check-out and final billing was quite unpleasant. We have still not received the final accounting bill via email despite the email address being corrected and provided again at checkout. For some reason the preauth on my Amex was not closed as a final charge requiring a second credit card and we then found out after our departure that there was still an outstanding balance. Inconvenient and options on how to clear it up were limited. Sending credit card details via chats and/or emails is not practical, safe or acceptable. I do hope they can develop some better processes in future to support the confidence and safety of their patrons' financial information.

Great place to stay for a relaxing and peaceful stay's a little hard to get there from Athens. But we did enjoy the hotel and its accommodations, friendly staff and helpful. We would like to go back.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, outstanding amenities, and culinary delights combined to create an unforgettable stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Zero of what we were offered for our VIP package was given to us, literally zero. We even asked to have a 1 hour late checkout and they said no. No upgrade, no welcome drink, no late checkout, literally nothing. Would like my money back if I could get it.

Great service from an amazing team, especially now during COVID times! This is a very relaxing hotel making your stay at the beach such an enjoyable experience.

The hotel is next to the beach but it's not value for money. Except for the swimming pool there is a small gym and spa and no other facilities. The food at the restaurant was below average. In breakfast you can drink only filter coffee. If you don't like it and you order for example Nescafe there is extra charge!!!!!

The hotel is perfect for family. Rooms are close to the pool and the beach there is a place for horse riding nearby.. Really enjoyed it

If you have kids and want a real holiday it's perfect there are many activities for the children all day long and a movie at the end of the day, it's a real break for parents a chance to do very little, but it's not that cheap! The only complaint I have is that I found the sofa bed uncomfortable.

The beach is not nice. The pool is very small and can not accommodate all the hotel guests. Parking is not easy to find inside the hotel.

Great Hotel for kids we had lots of fun.. a bit far driving from Athens.. but it was worth it!

The first impression was not good since we were given room appropriate for persons having special needs, wheel chair etc. That room was not that booked by us, so we insisted for change, however the change happened the next day and after a lot of pressure, since the main argumentation from hotel staff was that the room was a baby-friendly room!! The next day we were transfered in the room category we had booked. Staff very friendly and pleasent. We were expecting better food, given the cost of the accommodation is high. The beach was good, however the windy weather along with waves make swimming for children a not so easy task, lot of attention is needed.

On arrival we were given a room for disabled people. This room was nothing like the one we were expecting or had seen, in particular the bathroom facilities. Front desk staff were rude and inefficient, although after much fuss our room was changed the following day in the afternoon. The next day our friends arrived and were given a basement room with 10 stairs to get to the room and a tiny window at the top of the wall with no view. Also not what they booked. The staff were rude, incompetant and sarcastic. Totally unacceptable especially as our friends had a small baby with them. Also not mentioned was that the dinner was buffet. Food in general was inedible. Staff at the restaurant were very polite ... The only good thing about this hotel!!!

Όμορφη τοποθεσία, ακριβώς πανω στο κύμα! Το δωματιο μας με θεα στην θάλασσα ηταν ακριβώς οτι χρειαζόμαστε για ενα ήρεμο 3ημερο. Καλο σέρβις, το πρωινό θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο φτεσκο ή πιο ζεστό. Καλοι χώροι για παιδιά και για παρέες, γενικά ξενοδοχείο σε καλη κατάσταση αν κ κοντα στα πρόσφατα καμμένα. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

Superbe hôtel avec accès direct à la plage avec une magnifique vue et une très belle piscine. Rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour. Personnel très attentionné et souriant. Un peu isolé.

Πολύ όμορφο και ήσυχο. Ιδανικό για ξεκούραση. Το μοναδικό μειονέκτημα είναι οι λίγες ξαπλώστρες στην πισίνα που όταν το ξενοδοχείο είναι γεμάτο, είναι δύσκολο να βρεις άδεια ξαπλώστρα.
