Friendly helpful staff, had a breakfast it was adequate, unfortunately as they were undergoing a refurb some facilities were no available. close to bus for access to tourist facilities, supermarket about 100mt away so good experience.

Convenient location, bus stop close and buses easy to negotiate, shuttle bus to Kyoto station, very helpful staff, clean rooms, enjoyed my stay, loved Kyoto.
