A great location and a very good value property.

Kerb appeal was bad as they were obviously doing something to the building but we were never told, also the safe in the room did Not have instructions and Aircon did not work.we were given a different room but that had NO safe ?? Breakfast was not good,it was cold and no toaster, and the bread was really poor selection of anything.

Not the best hotel in krakow ive stayed in but not the worst Was clean and comfortable room cleaned daily if needed Breakfast was 60pln per person Restaurant was closed which disappointed me but overall ok

Location of hotel is within 10 minutes walk from all the attractions we wanted to visit. The local public transport is also very good and accessible

The hotel was only 20mins walk from town centre. Rynek Glowny and St Mary’s Basilica were amazing. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurants in central Krakow.

So as a solo traveller trying to do this on the cheap, my room was a luxury. Big, comfortable, good location and some gym equipment . Definitely booking again to stay

My welcome was amazing the first day; the receptionist was very keen to wngage and talk about the hotel and it's history and about Krakow so I had really nice customer oriented experience at the first impression. Thisbwoukd be good to maintain and have it consistent that people who face the clients try to be warm and engaging. It really keeps the appreciation going.

The hotel rooms are neat and clean. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We arrived very late at night, and got a very good service. Thank you.

We went as a group of 8 friends. The hotel was perfectly located on a very quiet street, and came at a very reasonable price. All of us would gladly stay again when we come back.
