The hotel is very clean and beautiful, the toilet is clean, near the center, convenient for eating and drinking, the staff is quite friendly and enthusiastic to help. However, the hotel's water heater is very problematic, the water cannot be hot, but only thaws. The staff suggested to change the room for me, but I couldn't change it because of my short stay, so I don't know if the water heater of other rooms has such a problem. That is the only minus point, hope the hotel improves!

The room is super clean, the location is right in the center so it is very convenient to travel. However, the soundproofing is not good, you can hear other rooms. But everything else is great, again very clean so I like it very much. Will choose Queen An if I come back to SG.
