On the main street, easy to get there, also close to restaurants and coffee shops.

I gave this hotel a overall 5 stars because the service was excellent and the room was very nice and clean. I did give it a rating of 3 stars on condition because I feel like the shower could use some renovations. The shower was clean, but there were some areas between cracks that need to be filled in so moisture doesn’t get in and create mold.

Not pet friendly as listed on expedia. Only for emotional support dogs with documentation. They honored my reservation and were extremely nice. I'd stay again. Nice breakfast. Clean room. Great staff

Hotel room sizes say 2 queen beds but the are actually full size beds to much smaller. Room smelled like too much bleach had been used

The place is clean and comfortable. Parking was great. Practically parked right in front of the main entrance. Price was great too.

We were very comfortable staying at City Express. It's our second time staying therebwhen we pass through Cuidad Obregon. The breakfast was beyond our expectations. The only rhing we could suggest would be a broader selection of tv stations.

No sabia si estaba en la india o en mexico con este hotel, es el hotel mas COOL-ero que me eh hospedado en años. El aire de la habitación no sirvió y les pedi que me cambiaran de habitación y me dijeron que ya habian arreglado el aire y siguo igual sin servir, una disculpa al staff por que si me porte grosero y no es culpa de ustedes el mal mantenimiento del hotel. Jamas me vuelvo a hospedar aqui

Everything was good except the iron didn’t heat up and when I went to use it, it spilled water all over my dress shirt.
