Lovely grounds, enjoyable for afternoon beverages, nice view. Reception & breakfast staff were very pleasant. Evening restaurant was not as expected, service was sub par.

Beautiful grounds. Large swimming pool area for a hotel. Friendly staff. Restaurant had a limited menu, but the meal preparation was superb. Room space was somewhat small, which limited the furnishings. Bathroom space was small. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very traditional in a lovely idyllic area just outside Gubbio. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite. We had breakfast each day and used the pool once which was a relaxing treat. We had a meal on our last night which was beautiful, and reasonably priced too, sat outside in the quiet surroundings. We would visit this hotel again if we found ourselves in the region.

Living on past name. Lovely building but not cared for. Understaffed so service poor. We had no water for hours on two out of 3 days we stayed. No washing and no flushing toilets. A disgrace. No reduction in rates and even charged for a couple of bottles of water we used to have a wash. We had a bottle of wine 1 night but desk manager did not have a corkscrew. He told us daytime manager had taken theirs home in his pocket. Would never stay there again.

Lugar encantador. Personal gentil , instalaciones impecables. Muy cerca de Gubbio. Tienen otros restaurantes en la ciudad muy recomendables. Nos dieron regalitos para nuestra mascota. Desayuno abundante. Regresaremos seguramente.

Location, camera e servizio eccellente. Davvero un posto magnifico immerso nel verde e vicinissimo a Gubbio. Da ritornarci assolutamente!

Villa meravigliosa, camera nuovissima e silenziosa, bagno pulitissimo. Il parco e la piscina fantastici e con una vista insuperabile su Gubbio. Colazione buonissima servita in una sala super suggestiva. Prezzo ottimo. Struttura ideale per rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura restando comunque a pochi minuti di auto dalla bellissima Gubbio.

La villa è facilmente raggiungibile e fa subito immergere in un totale relax. Fantastico fare colazione in giardino al mattino

La struttura stessa è bellissima ed il personale molto bravo disponibili e gioiale.

Una villa storica immersa nel verde delle campagne eugubine, a 5 minuti di auto dal centro. Ottimo servizio, belli gli ambienti. Arredamento delle stanze forse da rinnovare, mantenendolo in linea con lo stile della struttura.

Either the pandemic has taken the best out of this villa, which has enormous potential of being a first class stay or it has just started to fall apart by nature. The rooms are old, in need of renovating, there was moisture stains on the wall. The overall impression was that it was dusty. The food was ok but we were the only ones eating. The staff and service was helpful. Could have been so much more enjoyable. A bit of disapointment actually.
