Very good price VS condition, for 2 stars is good.

Small basic room clean can’t ask for more for this price. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as there was only toast available. Plus either coffee or small selection of fruit juice. Would have preferred a choice of cereal, some cooked breakfast or a choice of continental. Restaurant prices were extremely expensive considering the available choices of other restaurants with excellent food very close by.

We wanted a simple clean hotel on the beach. Hotel Patricia is perfect. Friendly and good value for money. Great location

Hotel is right on the beach. Large balcony with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. Staff very friendly, couldn't do enough for us. Very clean.Will definitely return. Lovely lovely bars /restaurants near by.

Basic, but well located for the Puerto. Very good.

Located in Torreguadiaro with no less than 10 tapas bars within 300metres and direct beach access down a few steps. Although slightly dated the hotel is very comfortable, spotless and in the perfect location for a beach holiday. Along the beach are 4 “chirringuitas” where they cook fish on open log fires in boats! Plus another couple of beach bars serving tapas and larger meals. Puente Sotogrande is 1km away (20min walk) and Puerte de la Duquesa a 10minute drive away. Both are idyllic bar and restaurant lined marinas perfect for watching the world go by. The locals are friendly and helpful, the Sun shines, the sea, tapas bars, beach bars are all a few steps away. So sometimes, just sometimes, life is really, really good! Without doubt one of our best holidays . . . ever!

Excellent Hotel, right on the beach. Great staff & a quiet area with enough around the Hotel to do, Supermarket, Bars, Beach etc....!

A superb hotel Fantastic location, Although the rooms were basic the beds were very comfortable and everywhere was spotless. The hotel had a really good atmosphere with a nice bar and eating area. Interesting lobby and reception area. The staff were ultra helpful and friendly. Absolutely superb value for money

Hotel Patricia is easy to find and well located for waking to restaurants. It is an older, well maintained facility, not fancy, but immaculatelty clean. Think beach retreat. No elevator, but help is available for your luggage. The beds were super comfortable. Free wi-fi. Street parking. Didn't use the breakfast, but did have a drink in the bar -- cute and rustic. The staff is welcoming. Our room was downstairs, on the first floor, with a small patio, right on the beach. Spectacular view of the Mediterranean and Gibraltar!!! Would return.

NOT A GOOD PLACE IF YOU'RE DRIVING A CAR. False advertizing in Hotels.com description with "free parking nearby." The streets around pension are VERY NARROW, so driving there and finding it with GPS is difficult, parking almost impossible. When I asked desk clerk about this promise of "free parking," he said it was not his fault if description is wrong. BUT IT IS SOMEONE'S FAULT. After I complained and he threw my passport at me (really), he became nicer and helped me to park next to Pension entrance--because it was "just for one night." But the room was also VERY SMALL and NO COOL AIR except from fan (no AC), so even in June, it was very warm and difficult to sleep there. Great location for walking uphill to Alhambra or downhill to old town. But not to get there with car.

A very friendly small hotel in a good village with a choice of bars and restaurants

The friendliness on our arrival by Marisol who gave us a room which was easy for me (no stairs) as I walk with a cane .All staff were excellent and helpful and the owner Sr.Augustine should be proud of Hotel Patricia. This was my 1st return visit in 20 years and it lived up to my great memories. My daughter and I will be back as soon as we can.

Our experience was very good. The hotel is older but had excellent recent updates and the large balcony overlooking the ocean was of course a huge plus. The free in-room safe was appreciated as it was large enough to take most laptops. The TV was of little use as we couldn't locate any English speaking channels. They have a very large restaurant/lounge/bar overlooking the ocean but I guess as it was October it was only being used for breakfast at 2.50 Euros. Seemed a waste!! A car is required (free parking) as the location is out of the main town but there are a couple of decent restaurants and grocery stores within close walking distance. Price was reasonable and we would stay there again.

We were so impressed we will return for several visits. Stunning location and we loved the walk to Sotogrande Port from the beachfront and along the boardwalks. The weather was superb and we had the lovely sea breeze which made it possibke to enjoy a walk during the day. Lots of good restaurants nearby
