Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The highlight were the lovely warm pools and the surrounding hikes. If you are are club member everything is xclent...if you are a discount hotel.com guest you get a noisy room next to laundry with view of fire escape...a nd breakfast in basement. With focus on pools and hiking it is good. If ya have kids, they have some fun bits. The one bar staff guy was lovely happy and friendly...but everyone else was...just okay.

Great place to recharge your battery!! Recommend any time of the year!!

Great experiences!! We have stayed at this hotel for the second time in the last three months and if I ask my wife and my little eight year old where they want to go for a little break...... the ask RÒSEO EUROTERME HOTEL!!! Place to relax and recharge ;-)

This was a return visit to this hotel. We love the wide range of people who vacation here. Young families mix with senior citizens throughout the resort. We choose full board because the buffet lunch and dinner offer so many choices...and everything is delicious! If possible, we will stay here again.

Really good stay and amazing service. Plenty of stuff to entertain my 3 years old too (big play room and amazing swimming!). We had dinner at the restaurant and that was very good as well, plenty of choice for both adults and kids.

This hotel would looks very nice, but only if you belongs to a vacation group. I was there for business and I was a little bit disappointed. No chance to have a room service: The restaurant is only a big buffet so you must go at restaurant for having a diner. At the bar they haven't any fresh food they can offer only pre-cooked or frozen sandwiches. For the wifi connection is available only in the lobby. Despite the fact they promote internet by cable in the room, in my room internet connection by cable didn't work. They tried to offer me another room but internet problem was the same, no internet connection. I think that more than 100€ for this hotel it doesn't make sense

De passage, bains très agréables, souper buffet avec boisson comprise (et vin) parfait pour 26 euros. Petit déjeuner excellent également.

La struttura (hotel + terme) e' molto grande, organizzata e curata ed e' immersa in uno splendido pezzo di natura. Tutto bello e fruibile se l'affollamento non e' eccessivo .....

Siamo ritornati in questo hotel dopo l’esperienza dell’anno scorso, per tre giorni per rilassarci alla piscina termale, siamo stati benissimo personale gentile, la piscina termale è fantastica. Bagno di Romagna è un bellissimo borgo e torneremo sicuramente anche il prossimo anno

Uniche pecche: in un hotel 4 stelle non dovrebbero essere in dotazione asciugacapelli arcaici e l’interruttore di una lampada non dovrebbero essere aggiustati con un nastro cerotto si dovrebbe far rispettare la regola del divieto di entrare nella sala dei pasti in accappatoio e ciabatte (in mattinata molti clienti si sono presentati in questo modo…). Per il resto, personale gentile, stanza accogliente, colazione buona e varia. Strepitosa la piscina e buoan la spa

Bella piscina e location. Hotel un po’ vetusto negli arredi e … la tv … investite 100€ nel cambio: tv anni 80!

Prezzo elevato per camere datate, colazione da b&b e piscina affollata. Mi aspettavo di più, la piscina termale è la nota positiva dell'hotel anche se già affollata in un giorno infrasettimanale, la nota negativa la colazione con poca scelta e di bassa qualità, il vassoio la macchinetta del caffè e la disposizione del cibo ti fanno sentire al self service della mensa aziendale. I coprisedia della sala mensa... da lavare subito.

Camera essenziale e pulita, buffet perfetto, corridoi e scale con moquette macchiata purtroppo danno un senso di trascuratezza, spazi esterni cursti e piscine meravigliose, di notte il top del relax perché rimsngono soltanto i clienti dell'hotel.

Merita sicuramente soggiornare presso questa struttura. Camere pulite, bellissima piscina termale. Causa normative covid, la colazione non è servita al tavolo ma con buffet assistito. Ci torneremo!
