I don’t like it at all.

Wrong photo shown, It is not a 4* hotel maximum 3* Staff- mostly are rude and unhelpful and poor english esp. Ahmed at reception. Lift is horrible. AC would not work Decor poor, rooms small carpet- tatty Breakfast reasonable Location ok but a quite place to have a meal as no good restaurants around.

This was a horrible hotel I wouldn’t even call it a hotel actually staff was so rude front of the hotel was filled with boxes for shipping room was in very poor shape

Not good location if you go for tourism since it’s in the heart of wholesale clothes shops Small rooms old furniture jot 4 stars it should be 1 star No any facility is available I don’t recommend at all

i am really not happy of such 4 start hotel. totally the hotel is not even worth 1 star, first, i got a room with very bad odd smell, then changed to another room which fair but the toilet is very bad, shower is very small and small size. in general i do not want to stay is such hotel

Be careful !!! We booked and stayed in this hotel 5 days and payed a total amount of room chargers by visa card. But reception is required us to pay a total amount of room chargers again!!! And we payed a total amount of room chargers in cash again! Even we payed a total amount of room chargers by visa card when we booked a room in this hotel !!!

Not a 4 start hotel. Old bulding. Poor cleaning. Break fast just ok.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer war aber sauber, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet lecker. Die Lage war super, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Die Übernachtung war im hotel sehr schlecht, um 8 Uhr morgens musste ich Wegen dem Lärm über meinem Kopf etwas zu reparieren aufwachen, ab 8 Uhr bis 12 konnte ich keine Minute schlafen

L’hôtel est très bien placé et le quartier est vraiment sympa si vous êtes amateur de shopping. Le seul bémol concerne le petit dej qui est uniquement salé. Si vous aimer manger de vrai repas pour le petit dej vous serez ravis mais nous aurions apprécié y trouver plus de sucrée et des fruits notamment. Sinon l’hôtel est très bien en soit et le personnel aussi.
