Para un hotel de este nivel hay dos aspectos que no puedo pasar por alto. El primero para mi es crucial y es la ducha. Disfruto mucho de banos cortos con fuerte agua y no fue la experiencia que tuve. Lo segundo es que teniendo una habitacion tan grande con espacio comodo para trabajar, el frigobar no tenia nada. Agradezco infinitamente el agua y el cafe, pero a veces cuando uno trabaja de noche le agrada una cerveza y algo para picar, sin tener la necesidad de bajar al bar.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR NON-COLOMBIAN CITIZENS/RESIDENTS: Please be very careful when checking into this property. They charge 19% tax at check-in claiming that the "Colombian immigration stamp in your passport" does not exempt you from paying this tax, which is completely FALSE. Anyone who is NOT a Colombian citizen or resident and is in Colombia as a tourist or transit visitor should NOT have to pay this 19% tax. Even when I told the check-in worker that we were just in transit for one night and that we were not Colombian citizens or residents, all she said was "The stamp does the talking," but the next day when we checked at the airport, they told us that they should NOT have charged us this tax. Be very careful in these types of situations. The hotel itself is very clean, nice, and has an excellent breakfast. It also offers shuttle service to El Dorado Airport, but it's a shame that situations like this have tarnished its image.

Everything was top notch!!! The staff in Bogota is 150%. I will be back . Love the weather and the people! Not so much the traffic, but I can deal with it since everything else is +100%

The property was very nice and the price of the room was reasonable as well. There was free buffet breakfast every morning, not just a continental breakfast! We stayed in the hotel for 10 nights and the staff was excellent during our entire stay. The US Embassy was only a 5 minute walk. The restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was excellent. There is a total of 5-6 restaurants and a Juan Valdez coffee shop on the first level of the premises. A very large mall is only 5 block walking. Parking was free and plenty of space to park. The rooms and linens were very comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and well-maintained. There were several food options available on-site, including a 24-hour restaurant. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near a variety of other restaurants within walking distance.
