There was no safe to store our valuables

Great location , clean , friendly , awesome free breakfast but rooms very small , internet was bad and very slow , no refri as advertised when I book the room 2 months before !

The location of the hotel was good and the staff were nice but the room size was very small for 3 people or two double beds. There was no place to move in the room. Also no place or table to keep the suitcases and also no proper place to hang clothes.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty. I had to constantly have my devices "forget" it and go through the process over, including watching a commercial for Jo-Ann's over and over again.

Neighborhood, and poor breakfast

Absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Our room was on the first floor next to the lobby and breakfast area. It was noisy in the middle of the night with guests coming and going, and the breakfast crowd came early! We heard the ding -ding bell of the waffle maker starting at dawn and barely slept all night. The room was expensive, loud, and tiny! Disappointed to say the least.

Great stay at Comfort Inn Manhattan! Perfect location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, easy check in!

Me cancelaron mi reservacion el mismo dia de mi llegada al hotel, avisandome ese mismo dia. Cuando llegue al hotel no me resolvieron nada y ya habian ocupado mi habitacion. Un pesimo servicio!

I like the in room fridge and microwave and the big bed. I hated the lack of internet service in my room. A huge dissappointment.

The young man at the front desk Fri 8-22-25 pm was so nice & helpful. We stayed in room 102. Clean & nice. No problems but it was off the lobby so that made it convenient but a little noisy. The room was comfortable but the water pressure was weak in the sink & shower. Otherwise, I like the location & accessiblity.

The stuff was not very welcoming, judgmental

Hotel was amazing. Had a lot of problems with the WiFi not working. Ended up having to pay for data because it didn’t work.

The bed and space was small. AC didn’t work properly.

Stayed for 3 nights to take a class in the city. The room size was okay for a single queen, price felt a little high. There was a mini fridge in the corner of the room with a microwave on top, and ironing board and iron. A small desk. A big TV and the best part, the bed and pillows (5 stars for the pillows!) were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom shower could have been a bit cleaner, but I think it was just a bit old. All in all, presentation (microwave on top of minifridge on the floor) aside, it had everything I needed - a very very comfortable bed, with clean sheets and great pillows, enough space to relax after all day dance classes, a shower that worked, and a mini fridge to keep drinks cold during a bot summer stay. I could see how it might not be super quiet if you had noisy neighbors, but I was lucky that everyone around me was quiet. Lobby sells snacks and drinks - they might want to consider selling umbrellas. Anyway I'm glad I stayed here. It's a 10min walk from Times Sq. Shorter to the subway.

Wish it were a little closer to subways.
