Good service and good location is closed with city town.

Hotel right in the center, with elevator, staff happy, enthusiastic, good price, good hygiene. A bit old Tolet, but good enough, breakfast is not very rich, a bit boring. Generally for this price it is acceptable!

We had a very pleasant stay here. This hotel location is very strategic, all good places and restaurants can be reached within walking distance. The staff are very nice and can speak English well. Breakfast provided also good and tasty

The receptionists are very enthusiastic and friendly. Small but comfortable room, not squashy, choking. I hope to change the plastic slippers in the room with flip-flops, plastic slippers that are very painful because of the small holes under the slippers.

The hotel is a bit bad. Poor 7th floor room, small, broken shower. TV noise like the 90's.

Old hotel, smelly bed sheets with old towels but hotel still use. Old toilet, toilet flush system is not good, night call to sleep

Good location, right in the Old Quarter, friendly staffs, good breakfast (can order something hot from the stove). Facilities are not ok: the door lock didn't work properly, we have to ask the front desk to help open it, then they told me that previous guests had the same problem (we need to turn the key in the right way), towels: they're turning gray. Surely they have seen better day. My recommendation: replace all towels. Bed: I book a triple room (1 double bed and 1 single bed), but the double bed are 2 single beds put together, quite hard to sleep on it.

The hotel is in the Old Town. Close to the noisy food shopping area all the time. From the car to roam. Old towel First day to Sapa, the hotel prepared food very happy. Come back later after coming back from Sapa. Breakfast is not included, but it is full. The second day ordered all food to go. But we were disappointed with this hotel because of the missing items when we went down to eat together.

Clean, good and full breakfast, friendly staff, fun, enthusiastic. Thank you Gia Thinh hotel, next time visit Hanoi, my family will be here again.
